Everything is perfect. It's a house with all kinds of details. And the best thing is the views it has, you wake up looking at the sea. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a place to rest, disconnect, enjoy and taste big and small moments in the company of our children, friends and dogs, and we have gotten right. We felt at home while on vacation. The wonderful views, the places and beaches...impressive, the phenomenal house and the Host, Ricardo, always making sure we were well. It's been a wonderful week!

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ * Perfect stay in a dream setting * The cottage is simply beautiful: cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. We were very comfortable

Super friendly and attentive hosts, unbeatable value apartment, 10/10 location. If you want to disconnect, you can do so without any problem. If you want to travel and discover, you can do it without any problems. If you need to relax after the trip or sightseeing, the jacuzzi is great (as long as you respect the schedules so as not to disturb the neighbors). In short, if you want to book it, don't miss out, you'll be sure to get it right.

The house is completely renovated but respecting the aesthetics that it surely had years ago. Well equipped and comfortable. The views are spectacular and there are few neighbors to disturb or be disturbed by. You can walk down to the village if you like to walk, but if you're going shopping, it's better to go by car. A place to be quiet in the middle of nature. A success and I'm sure we'll be back more often

it's a great place with lots of privacy and a sublime view. Also the surroundings were beautiful everywhere. The WiFi in the cottage was super stable. The nearest village of Selaya is about 25 minutes drive on a beautiful road. It has plenty of shops for normal groceries. Even a separate bakery with delicious bread. If we get the chance, we would definitely go there again.

We stayed 2 nights at this place. We had a spectacular stay in an environment full of natural wealth and in a great place to stay. If you' interested in disconnecting from phones and networks, it is the ideal place. You can do many hiking trails.

Perfect stay, we were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids and there were still 2 single beds and one double free, so it's ideal for families or groups of friends. At the top it has a penthouse with all kinds of entertainment, impossible to get bored! The area is beautiful, in a very quiet village with a relaxed atmosphere, beach and port nearby and Bilbao about 15 minutes away. To emphasize Javier's welcome and hospitality, he prepared us a dinner/breakfast worthy of a good bilbaino (how rich the tortillas were), but better you go and discover it... We will come back because we loved it, 100% Recommended. Thank you Javier :)

Orbaneja is a spectacular place. The typical house of the area with a bedroom on each floor. In the attic, there was a toilet inside the room. The other rooms could share the full bathroom on the first floor. Tania was very kind and gave us flexibility at check-out. Tania controls the heating from her mobile and complied with the schedule we agreed to turn the boiler on and off. The only downside was the double bed on the first floor, which was very uncomfortable, but Tania received our message constructively and said that it would be changed. The living room is charming and comfortable to spend the evening. The place is recommended.

Great place in the Cantabrian country, 100% recommend

The accommodation matched the description perfectly. Easy access and you feel at home. The neighbors of the building where it is are very kind. It's a shame that due to the weather we couldn't use the pool, which had a very good track.

The apartment is fantastic. It is spacious with plenty of storage and amenities. It had a working washing machine with facilities to dry on the balcony - this was useful as we had been travelling beforehand. There is a swimming pool which we didn’t use, however, it looked clean and very inviting! The area is perfect. A lovely coastal walk nearby and a place to generally chill overlooking the sea. The host gave very clear photos and instructions of how to check in etc. The only slight negative would be the check in time, which was 5pm. I feel this is quite late in terms of other properties. We were able to check in around 4pm which helped.

We have taken a family trip and are all delighted with the accommodation. The house is in a very quiet area, ideal for children. Also the host was very friendly and was responding to us immediately. Totally recommended!

We were very comfortable in the house. It is just like the photos, it has all the necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Marta, available at all times. Building facilities, pool included, very well maintained. Spacious garage with easy access. We would definitely repeat. Thank you so much for everything Marta!!
