Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Medina County

Scott was a fantastic host! Very welcoming and nice. We had some travel delays and arrived late, but he made sure we had everything we needed when we got there. If you arrive when it's dark, take the driveway path on the right when you turn off the road. The house is very secluded and quiet, but an easy 10 minute drive to town. It's a beautiful area. The room and bathroom were clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was nice having access to the washer/dryer. No issues while I was there, but if any future guests have any, just let him know and I'm sure he'll do everything to address them. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing month with Scott and his family. The only downside was Ohio had a bad snowstorm and my car didn’t like going up that hill, but scott was out there everyday clearing the drive, and offered to drive me day and night up and down the hill to get to my car since I decided to park at the bottom of it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

First, Kelly and Dan are the greatest host I ever met. Their house are beautiful, with spacious place for us. They let us spend more time for the eclipse. Last, I will book this place again if I come back to the area!!

Scott, Cris and Nate are very friendly and welcoming. Even the cat is friendly. The room and common areas were clean and not overly cluttered, check in and out were easy. Is it perfect? Nothing's perfect, but I read other less positive reviews and while I understand some of the comments, none were a problem for me. One in particular singled out the driveway which, admittedly, being a forest path is a little rough but nothing like what was described - I have a sedan and I didn't think twice going up and down the driveway. There were other visitors while I was there, and Scott, Cris and Nate set the tone just right - no problem at all. (Shoutout to Nate who is indeed very mature for a 12 years old). I love the woods around, I like the area. This is far from the office I was visiting (20+ miles) but I likes Scott's place enough that I still extended my stay from two to three weeks. Cheers.

Thomas lived close to my parent's home. He was such an interesting person to talk to. Loved hearing about all of his worldly travels and he even provided referrals for future travel plans for us. He was so attentive and asked what we preferred for breakfast. Left chocolates and homemade apple bread for us after we returned from visiting family. His home is cozy, tidy and comfortable. Amazing artifacts and artwork from his travels all over the world are displayed nicely throughout his home! We slept well and enjoyed our stay. We will return as often as we can.

We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby and it was great! Met my daughter and her family here and it was perfect for the grandkids. We were able to walk to town to the shops and restaurants, and also to a nice park for the kids to play. Jeff even made sure we had a pack and play and high chair for the kids. We would definitely stay again.

Geoffrey's place was great for my wife and I. The room was comfortable, including an app connected television. The home is in a peaceful area. Being able to use the kitchen and cook meals was a real plus too. We also were able to relax in the back yard. Geoffrey was cordial and welcoming, and I recommend his place.

Great spot- a little dark, but in a nice location

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The host was attentive and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process seamless. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to great restaurants and attractions and in great proximity to the airport. The very thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely return on my next visit!

Super kid friendly and unique Airbnb. Tons of toys, books, and pool table. Heather was very welcoming and the house had lots of sweet touches like honey from their bees and a sign about the bedroom furniture being from her loving grandma’s home. Loved the place!

Host Mama’s place was fabulous! The house had everything we needed and more. It’s in a perfect location close to everything. Host Mama was kind and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful weekend at Wade's. We had a blown out tire on the way to our stay and ended up not arriving a day late. He was very easy to reach via message and met us the next morning. He helped us come up with a plan for our abbreviated stay and all his recommendations were spot on. He is a wonderful host and I hope that we can return to this beautiful area again. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. He even left a loaf of cinnamon toast for us to have for breakfast. There were maps made available for both hiking and biking. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There extra towels and soap and shampoo were available. We would highly recommend staying at Wade's place!

The space is much bigger than the photos suggest. Private parking was a plus. Also the area is very walkable. With near by restaurants and bars. The space was great. Would highly recommend

An excellent stay! Brooke and her team were very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was clean, cozy, and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars including the West Side Market. We left a phone charger behind on accident and they even offered to send it to us! We will definitely stay here again in the future!
