Perfect for one or a few nights.

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

I had a super nice stay in Eva's apartment! A beautiful, spacious house that is equipped with all comforts. I thought the cheerful Blond tableware was a nice detail! In addition, the location is ideal: the station and the center are close by and the house offers the perfect base for a nice walk along the canals. Moreover, Eva was easily accessible and responded very quickly to messages. I can recommend this apartment to anyone!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well equipped (including blender, blender, Senseo, capsule - and filter coffee machines, lots of cutlery, crockery and glasses, washing machine and dryer, many multimedia options, board games), which we only used in part.

The location is in front of harbor and very close to the historic center of Monnickendam. Bus access was very good for nearby towns and villages, including Marken, Volendam, Edam and Broek in Waterland. I was happy to see the sunrise across the harbor and yachts from the window of this attic apartment. I also really liked the check-in time was early from 13:00. This made me to leave my bags in the apartment early and explore Monnickendam well in the afternoon. It is very good for especially a short term stay in this well organized clean apartment. Joke and Peter were both friendly hosts.

We had a very nice stay at Ivars apartment ☺️ With the stairs to the apartment you have to be a little careful. Since it's only a railing on one side. But this is just a small note. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with Ivar was quick and hassle-free. Kindly, we were even allowed to check out a little later ☺️

We were traveling by bike and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly hostess. Thank you very much for this great start to the day. We felt totally comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst,but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was the same as in the photos – very clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the view of the water, which really made the stay special. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and we felt welcome from the beginning. Small extras such as a welcome greeting and local tips were also a nice surprise. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this house!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

After a long day in Amsterdam, we enjoyed the peace and quiet in Broek in Waterland at Haico. The house is cozy and offers everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a clean shower and a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and make small meals such as pasta or sandwiches in the evening. The location is ideal for getting to Amsterdam quickly, and the bus connection is very good.

Amazing location and host. Beautiful property, calm and serene area, fantastic amenities and a beautiful view. Albert was always responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Had everything listed and more. Fantastic stay, will hopefully be back again!

Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood!

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. The Condominium is in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to city centre. Was very clean and comfortable.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Location is perfect, place is nice and roomy, steps and hallway are a bit narrow but was totally fine for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Cute cafe nearby for breakfast. Host was great as well. Lots of good recommendations!!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had a great time. On the weekend it was sometimes very loud, because in the parking lot opposite many tuners met. During the week it was super quiet and we would love to come back

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!
