Holiday rentals with a sauna in Medellin Metropolitan Area

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, right in Provenza, close to restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend it!

Best possible location in Medellin for an expat / tourist, directly in Manila, a trendy area with cute cafes, not as trashy and busy as the rest of the Poblado area but still very close. Restaurants and bars and Éxito supermarket are all within 5-10 minutes walking. It is not newly renovated and seems a bit outdated but the fair price reflects that. I was provided with two sets of sheets. The glass door and balcony was a very nice. The bathroom is much larger than it looks in photo. The bed is comfortable. 24/7 doorman is convenient. Shower got very hot (45+ degrees) and stayed hot for at least 20-25 minutes. Host is extremely responsive at fixing issues. Cons: A LOT of street noise, the windows have no soundproofing. It is less at night but if even one motorcycle drives by it’s very loud. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

Beautiful place just like the pictures. Had issues with the water on the first day but host was responsive and helped fix the problem. Its in a area close to restaurants and easy to get around. Would definetly visit again! Beautiful Medellin!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Laura was also incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations and always being available to answer our questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful location with amazing views of the city. Walking distance to Éxito supermarket and Viva shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit again.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Adorable spot with lots of natural light. I also really liked the cafe downstairs. Would refer this to anyone visiting Medellín. At first I was worried about no AC but it was very comfortable with a window open and a nice breeze.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

Would highly recommend Alex’s property when visiting Colombia 🇨🇴, just keep It quiet as it’s hard to when going with a group excited to be in Colombia for their first time . Overall the area was peaceful and quiet , close to a lot of local business and restaurants. Enjoy our stay greatly .

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

We love to the finca!! I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Jaime the host was great and very responsive. We loved the decor and attention to detail, from the pickleball courts, to the temperature controlled pool, to the lights at night. Every corner of the house had a beautiful seating area.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!
