We had a relaxing weekend in the apartment and felt very comfortable! Axel warmly welcomed us to the clean and perfectly equipped apartment. There is nothing missing here, the two have thought of everything. We would love to come back for a trip to Marburg.

Conny's place is beautiful just as you can see it in the pictures. She was very attentive towards my arrival, and provided very clear instructions. The whole place is very well equipped, including the kitchen which has lost of tools. Highly recommend!

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. The size of the house was great. Each had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, the hot tub and the outdoor sauna were great. A baby bed and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and directly behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The town of Cobbenrode is not large. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby, there are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For a long weekend with friends, to relax or to hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we were able to enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and was able to help remotely. Thank you very much.

House was clean. Well furnished kitchen. Descriptions were clear. We brought our own linens to avoid extra cost.

Perfect for groups who want to spend a weekend together in peace. The house is equipped with everything you need and above all the garden with many seating areas and terraces is impressive. Ossi is a top host who had sent all the important information and tips in advance and answered questions immediately and easily.

We spent an extended weekend in this great house for 8 and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The equipment is more than extensive and we missed nothing. The house with its ambience and tasteful furnishings is truly unique. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

We had a fantastic time in this lovingly furnished cottage. The place was very clean, cozy and well equipped – we lacked nothing. We especially liked the great view. The hostess was friendly, helpful and always available. We will definitely be happy to come back and can recommend this house.

As if you were coming to your own vacation home! Lovable and prompt contact with the landlords, extremely cozy and equipped with everything you can think of, opportunities to buy food/wood at extremely fair prices. We hiked directly from the house to Lake Edersee, etc., quaint forests with oaks and beeches, great! In the morning, a sunrise over the green hills in swaths of fog, which can be seen from bed. The large, well-divided site with fireplace and good forest sauna, swing etc. offered more than we could use in the short time! We will be back! Thank you Martina & Michael!

Our stay in Tina's apartment was exactly as we had imagined, we were very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and perfect for short stays. Tina is very nice, helpful and quick to reach.

Everything was great: Albert was a great host, and the apartment had everything we wanted: Peace, great amenities, really cozy beds!!! We were very sad that we had to leave again... but would be super happy to come back!

Valeska welcomed my dog and me very kindly, we felt comfortable right away. A nice clean apartment in a pleasantly quiet location and just great for walking with a dog.

We came to Winterberg to visit the Dirt Masters. the apartment was clean and everything for the day. There was a need. There was nothing wrong with the location. With in the countryside with lake views...great. The bike park was only about 10 minutes away by car and there are also many other ways to make his free time. The only drawback: The extra bed was really maximum uncomfortable, as it is extremely soft on the outer sides and has a very hard link in the middle, so you can't sleep comfortably on it. Here, if necessary, another solution should be organized. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely like to return.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. We were already the second time at Seve as a guest, and will definitely come again. Beautiful apartment with sunny balcony and mountain views. Super nice area with many great hiking tours.

We had a nice short break in Ottlar. The children were thrilled with the apartment and the extras for the children. Toniebox, home cinema and Lego were loved and the great new playground across the street was also great for our three (1, 3, 6 years). It was great that everything else was there for the children, so that we didn't have to carry so much. And if there was any ambiguity, Sebastian was very easy to reach. Thank you for the wonderful time out, which was as relaxed as it can be with 3 small children.

As a small group of former Marburgers, the apartment was ideal for exploring the city again on foot after many years. Everything worked out beautifully and fit. We will be happy to come back!
