Sherry was an amazing host and the Lake Life Retreat was even better than what the pictures showed. This is the perfect location for a nice relaxing getaway. Added bonus was having 2 amazingly friendly dogs on site in Luna and Sandy 😁 We would definitely stay here again!

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. I generally forget to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience here. We fortunately left the sub-par hotel we had just checked in, and found this spot. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment smelled fresh, looked new and had lots of space. The owner was very prompt answering a question and filling a need. The icing on the cake was sipping coffee by the lake on the morning of our departure. You will have fond memories staying here.

Beautiful condo overlooking Lake Norman, well stocked with all the necessities and then some: coffee, toiletries (including razors and toothbrushes), towels, linens, dishwasher pods. Very clean and seems recently updated. Our 8yo loved the pool for the complex. Great proximity to Davidson College. Host was very responsive—we had an issue with the doorbell randomly going off in the middle of the night and they promptly sent someone over to fix it.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit had anything you could possibly need. Was great not having to run to the store to get this or that as they already had everything available. Very clean!

I had a long term stay at this Airbnb and it was fantastic! Anthony and his wife were extremely kind and always made sure everything was to my liking. The property is beautiful with the Airbnb suite being well furnished, clean, and had all that I needed! I would reccomend anyone to stay here.

Gorgeous place right on the water. Top floor so no noise in at night. Was a great place for our family to stay for Thanksgiving.

We had 6 adults staying in this home and it was perfect! The view was awesome! Loved how the home was situated in a cove at Lake Norman. It was very private which made kayaking enjoyable. The boat ramp was only 3 minutes from the home which made it convenient for docking our boat there! We enjoyed the fire pit which overlooked the lake. We will definitely stay here again!

My family had a blast staying here. The kids caught so many fish and the house had everything you might need to keep a kid entertained. None of us wanted leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Dean’s home was absolutely spectacular. Breathtaking view of the lake, very well decorated, clean, and large enough to accommodate our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He went above and beyond by getting balloons, flowers and a cake that I had requested for my mother‘s birthday. We would definitely stay there again. It is worth your time to check out.

Outstanding place right outside of Charlotte. Best hosts I’ve ever had. Perfect spot or a small family getaway or a couple buddies on a fishing/golf trip.

My extended family came into Charlotte for a wedding at Camelot Meadows, which is about a 10 minute drive away. This beautiful home was exactly what we needed; space, tranquility, beauty, peacefulness, plenty of room, and comfort! It was a total of seven of us, and we each had plenty of room, comfortable beds and large spacious bathrooms to share. The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need while away from home. The view of the lake and the backyard area is incredible. We plan to come back to NC and stay at this home. The owners were wonderful at communicating everything we needed to have a nice stay. Thank you

Great location for those staying in the Charlotte area! The space is as pictured and described. It is truly a wonderful stay. Mary is always responsive and available when needed. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Charlotte area.

We absolutely loved it! The house was very nice, clean and all the furniture (including the beds) were comfortable and cozy. The lake views were beautiful and there was plenty of things to do. We made amazing memories with our family!

Perfectly outfitted, immaculate, plenty of space with a lovely large sitting area overlooking g the lake. So peaceful, just perfect. Only one restaurant to walk to and we could only access the lake because of the freedom boat club, but otherwise there is no public access for swimming that we could find.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Our stay was good!! The apartment was alot tighter than what it seemed in the pictures. The kitchen space is tiny!! It was good for me and my wife, but it would have been a difficult stay for us and our teenagers.

This condo was probably the most organized and comprehensive Airbnb expereinces I have had. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It opens right up to the pool and you have a nice view of the Marina. Great for a small family. Very easy location - right off the highway. Kim was incredibly responsive. Checking out was easy - there's a checklist to review right on the counter.

Beautiful place right on Lake Norman. Enjoyed sitting on the small outdoor patio, and walking to the nearby Wine Cottage and North Harbor restaurant. It’s about 1.5 miles to Main Street in Davidson so makes for a nice long walk.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Lovely and easy home, with a great layout and views that everyone - especially our 3 year old - enjoyed. The beds and couch were also comfortable!
