Kurt and Anna have such a beautiful cabin! I love the family photo inside, all their rooms were very clean and comfortable. the kitchen itself was just stunning. Kurt was very friendly and helpful. We will be back to stay again!

Great place to stay for the price, hot tub was amazing and having the Blackstone and grill made it even better. It’s secluded enough to get away from the city but still only a 10 min drive to downtown Whitehall. Can’t recommend it enough, would definitely stay there again

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin in the woods! The hot tub was perfect to relax and enjoy the nature around. We seen several deer on the property. The house was accommodating and had all the basics. We appreciated the firewood as the days and nights were chilly and we love to cook on the fire. Communication with the owners was easy with quick responses.

It was just the quiet stay we were looking for. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, Cornhole, and fire pit.

Jessica was an amazing host. She is extremely responsive and was also very accommodating. The whole process for our stay was seamless from check in to check out! I would highly recommend Jessica and this stay for large groups looking for a peaceful getaway with a beautiful scenery. Also, the wildlife and nature was so cool to watch and listen to. Thanks for everything!

Nice cabin in the woods. Hot tub works but could use a new control panel. Inside is what we expected and more. Comfy beds. two fire pits outside. if you have small kids like us be aware there is a steep drop around one side and partly behind the cabin thats pretty close to fire pit. If i decide to stay near baldwin or go hunting the state game area i will deffinitly be back here. not the cleanist place but for the price im not even gonna conplain. wasnt terrible but could have been dusted and swept up a little more. i just grabbed the broom in the bathroom and used the shark vaccum on arrival and when we left. its not nasty dirty so dont take me the wrong way. for the price conpared to similar cabins and what we got out of it i feel its worth it by a long shot. Shelby has great communication. Thank you!

Caroline was a fantastic host for us this weekend. She was very friendly and responsive when I reached out and the house was beautiful. Even when it came to little details; you can tell she went above and beyond to accommodate her guests. We had a great time and felt right at home. Would love to come back some time.

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

The cabin is charming, with practical and aesthetically appealing amenities and decoration. The private space both inside and out was calming and relaxing. We enjoyed birdwatching, dipping into the books on hand and walking through the woods.

We had a great time during our short visit to the cabin. There was coffee & oatmeal available, and the firepit was stocked with a bundle of wood for us. (There's a small pile of bramble close by to pick through as well). Internet worked great despite the remote location of the cabin. We visited to travel into Ludington, but actually spent most of our time & money in Custer & Scottville (great close towns with markets, meat shops, & cute gifts). Warning for any plus sized guests: the toilet is placed directly next to the wall. If you've got a big booty like mine, you will not be comfortable using it. Great amenities, quiet location, easy to find, and exceptional, friendly hosts. We will definitely be back if we're in the area again!

We spent a couple days exploring Double JJ Ranch and Robert’s house was about 7-10 minutes from the ranch. Perfect location for us! It was a great house to rent.

So happy with our stay! So many trout to see in the river, and even though there's a neighbor nearby, it felt so secluded. Amenities were great, and Jordan was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic for a group that loves the outdoors! They had all the basics covered and we didn’t want for anything. There is a bar/restaurant right up the road with good food and a pool table. We saw a bunch of wildlife including a bobcat. Very peaceful getaway- great hosts!

Awesome stay, we have done this with the family for a few years and really have a wonderful time between the cabin and the amenities at double jj. The place is hard to find as the directions take you down a service road, but once there it’s a dream.

This was my third time staying at this cabin, and it remains one of my favorite Airbnbs. The property is private and secluded, making it a perfect little retreat. It's conveniently located near Diamond Lake, hiking trails, and charming small towns, and it's right on the North Country Trail. I highly recommend it!

Our stay in Cabin #2 (or as our son called it "Our Green House) was spectacular. The home was just right for a family of four (two adults and two children 3 and under). It was very clean. There were more than enough towels and other essentials + extras (soap, toilet paper, spices to name a few). The access to the beach was perfect - far enough that I didn't feel it unsafe for the kids to wander to, but still SO close. There are also good kid-proof locks on the screen doors. There was a playset as well where our oldest made friends a few evenings who were staying at the other cabins. A few notes (which are not really complaints at all, just to be more informative): -the wifi was a bit spotty , but usually we could reconnect within a few minutes if it dropped off. -the cabins are located down a dirt road with a few dips. -the rooms can get a little warm at night with the doors closed on the hotter days, however a fan was provided to help the air move and cool down the rooms.

Really appreciate that time we had! Thanks for everything. We took care of the place as our own.

This cottage was perfect for our family!! We loved how modern it is and how it has all the amenities we were looking for. We instantly felt right at home. The cottage is conveniently located next to all the major shops and we were right across from the Ice Cream Shop, which was a major hit with the kids. We would sit by the campfire and watch dune buggies go by which was pretty fun, and then when the long lines went away, we’d head over for an ice cream treat. We had a minor issue after our first night, and after notifying Sanel, the host, he got it fixed right away. I was impressed with how quickly he responded and how attentive he was to our situation. He truly cared and wanted us to have the best vacation. I am really happy I found this place and can’t wait to go back!!

This was our second year in a row staying at Camp Bushwack’d. My friends and I love staying here due to its location and beautiful surroundings. Kaitlin is also an exceptional host! We love that we are treated as neighbors rather than guests. I cannot even thank her enough for the hospitality we always receive. I also cannot speak highly enough of how cleanly the Airbnb is. If you are into beautiful secluded locations that are private, look no further and book now! We were even impressed there was an additional room added this year. The shower/bathroom is phenomenal as well. We greatly enjoy being able to grill and have fires at our convenience. You can either make it feel like home or use it as a come and go to explore the surrounding areas. A great stay for anyone that is into ORV trail riding as well. There is a gas station roughly 5 minutes from the Airbnb that we like to frequent. Trail accesses are everywhere. We look forward to staying with Kaitlin again in the future!
