In the bathroom, liquid soap, face towel, bar soap for bathing, toilet paper and a wonderful shower with very hot water. Finally, she thought of every detail, every corner to optimize the space and make the guest comfortable. And added to the location, very central and close to the beach. House with a cool view of Valentine's Beach, facing the beach, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. I didn't like the double bed, too uncomfortable, I literally slept in a hole. The mattress was deep at the extremities, forming a hole, where it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The stay was excellent. The house is perfect to stay close to the beach. For people with limited mobility is much more than perfect, because it is face to the beach, there is no step in the house and it is in a large and easy to locomotion house. I will return many times.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large and comfortable bathrooms, with hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

We loved staying at Phelipe's house. We went with our Golden Retriever and were very well received. We will return at other times.

The stay was wonderful, Robson and his wife are very kind and are always ready to accommodate any request. The house is very well located, great for those who want to rest and want a quiet place. You can rent without fear, the hosts are wonderful and the house is a 10 in all requirements.

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. They left a little souvenir to welcome us and whenever we needed it very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castilians and anchieta. My family and I left there with the urge to always return! It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Glícia and Alex so much for welcoming us so well!

Very nice place, wonderful backyard and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen complete, clean bedding, very large bathroom. Very close to the beach, bakery and general commerce. Super recommend it.

Very polite and attentive host, we received very well, and provided all the support we need. The location is great, it is very close to the beach and the shows. And the house is cozy and quiet, I really felt at home. I will no doubt go again.

I really liked the stay, the house was clean when I arrived, the check in was in a great time and very simple, the house is very cozy, the condominium is wonderful, there is barbecue area, swimming pools, soccer field, block, mini market, mini library, sauna, space to do exercises, restaurant, playground for children, an amazing lake, very quiet environment with 24-hour monitoring, very close to the beaches, it was great, the checkout was very simple too, for sure I will be back. Priscila answered me quickly, it was all easy for me. The only point I didn't like was the single mattresses, they were smelly, I had to sleep on the sofa bed, but otherwise no complaints.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

We had a small mishap at check-in time, but nothing to hinder our stay. The apartment is great, spacious and well ventilated and is located only 1 block to the beach. We like it so much that we recommend to acquaintances. The Sandra that received us was very friendly and very receptive. The porters Mr. Marcelo and Aldair always very friendly and willing to help.
