I was very comfortable in this apartment. It was centrally located close to restaurants shops and 5 mins walk to the beach. I recommend this place to anyone reasonably priced safe and convenient location. If you are driving, then you can park on the road and pay 10 dh/night

Omar was great from the start and anattentive host that made checking in seamless. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable with all possible amenities available. Hakim helped us check in and was superb as well. The host Omar gave us a call and explained everything and offered to tell us all the local family spots for food and swimming. The complex itself was superb with 24hr security, underground parking and a choice of great swimming pools as well as cafes and restaurants for great breakfast and meals. I will definitely return if we are lucky enough to find Omars place available. Five stars a minimum.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever booked! The level is worthy of a hotel: impeccable cleanliness, quality mattress, everything you need available... and a magnificent view of the beach. Even though the property is not pet friendly, the host kindly accepted our 2-month-old puppy. I really hope this place becomes pet friendly in the future — that way, I can come back with my two dogs! I would recommend it 100%. A little tip: avoid large suitcases, take backpacks instead, there is a lot of walking between the parking lot and the house.

Accommodation as described: Clean, well located, quiet and pleasant residence to live in. Had a great visit. The owner was very responsive and caring, which made the experience even smoother and more reassuring. I would recommend it in a second.

I recently completed a stay at this great studio apartment, and it was a good experience. The location is superb (just across the road from the beach). The facilities were good, and everything was very clean upon my arrival. The owner Mohamed, was incredibly communicative and responsive, and the staff at the apartment complex were friendly and always available to assist. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

To have a vacation right on the water is ideal! The apartment is very well located and clean, with the beach 50 meters away and a huge pool in the Vanessa residence is great, she is always smiling available and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Our stay in the apartment at the Mirador Golf II residence was wonderful. Housni was very responsive to allow our early arrival at my request. Many thanks to him. The apartment is very clean and tasteful. Nice surprise, a master suite with shower and toilet to complement those already in place. I would recommend it 100%.

Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

It was the most beautiful stay I had in Martil, the apartment is very clean, the towels, the shower, the kitchen, the equipment... everything is perfect, the residence is super calm and close to the beach, 4 minutes on foot, Mr. Suleiman is helpful and even though he was not in town he was in contact with me throughout the stay, Fatima is also kind and smiling, she welcomed us warmly, I will come back next time inshaalah to your home with my whole family, and I thank you very much ❤️

The accommodation is super quiet, perfect for relaxing in peace. The residence is very respectful and secure, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Mohammed is welcoming and responsive Clean and spacious apartment. Very well located 2 minutes walk from the beach with direct access from the residence . Secure residence with security guard. I had a pleasant stay the area is very beautiful and intends to come back .
