Kid-friendly holiday rentals in McMinn County

We loved our stay here! We made plans to go and visit The Lost Sea but we wanted to stay the night before so we could see the downtown area of Sweetwater. The house was just minutes away from local shops and restaurants and only ten minutes to our main attraction so it was a perfect fit. The place was extremely cute, comfortable and clean. She thought of all of the comfort items that one could possibly want. A LOT of blankets which we loved. There are plenty of games and tv’s for extra fun. Some of the extra amenities such as the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, coffee maker and washer/dryer were all nice touches. The beds were so plush. We all had a great nights sleep before our little adventure. I’d highly recommend the Carpool Garage for drinks and live music. We’d also recommend the Lazy Beagle Rooftop for lunch. Excellent vibes, prices and quality food. Thank you so much Kim for offering such an amazing home away from home!

We Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Home away from home. 10000/10 would recommend for a quite home-feel getaway Right off SR-30 in Decatur. My husband and I were able to have an absolutely amazing thanksgiving dinner with my mom and grandparents somewhere Homey feeling. Thank you again to Miss April for all the help and hospitality! Our family had a great relaxing weekend here! Everything was super clean and the back porch was perfect to relax on.

very nice location, several different ways to get to the house, only a few minutes from town, great back yard for the Grandson and dog to play and run.

Kristin went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! My son got married at a venue near her home and she was so accommodating to our family and our U-Haul we had to bring with all the decor and plates for their rehearsal dinner! As soon as I arrived I felt myself exhale and rest for the first time in days! It was a magical wedding and rehearsal dinner! The venue, the family togetherness, the ceremony, but most importantly I was able to soak up the last few days with my son in a comfortable home away from home environment before he became a husband! Highly recommend booking this for any occasion! It truly is turn key ready, Walmart plus delivers groceries to your door! If you need solitude…no need to leave! We happened to meet as I walked down to the dock area by accident as they don’t want to be intrusive. I would have never known they lived next door except she said , if you need anything or forget something for the wedding…call me I am next door!

Great accommodations, very clean and extremely tidy. Exactly as listed. Jessica was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. The only downside was that we only had one night in the area. Sweetwater seems like a great little town to linger about for a bit.

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

If I could give this stay 20 stars I would! What a phenomenal experience. Michael & Hilda’s home is absolutely stunning. Their family and friends we met while being there were so welcoming and friendly. The love they all have for making sure their guest are happy, goes unnoticed. They made us feel like their place was ours. I can’t wait to come back or to another one of their beautiful properties! Thank you just isn’t enough.

Laurie and Daniel They are the best of best and their kind and helpful and make everything wonderful for us. We already have booked another two trip in the future with them next year. We will continue to come there and stay at their place in search of that trophy bass.

We felt right at home at Rosecrest Suite! Cynthia was very accommodating, even asking if we wanted beds for our kids set up before we could even ask. The rooms were tidy and homey. The extra amenities (snacks, games for kiddos, movies, etc.) were a nice treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt welcome even without seeing the host! We would definitely return and recommend this Air BnB.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Wally was very helpful and very kind and we loved staying there. It was a beautiful place! For the price I highly recommend! I will definitely stay again if I have to go back to Tennessee!

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

Had an excellent long stay, the place was immaculately clean, as described, and Alex is a responsive and responsible host. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is a great location to stay in Farragut, TN. It’s close to everything that we wanted to do and the place had plenty of room for me, my wife, and our best friends. Overall, it was a great experience and Nicholas and Joy answered all of our questions quickly and gave us great recommendations. It was a fun first trip to the Knoxville area. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay at Villa Diane. Very peaceful, mountain side condo that had us feeling right at home. Sitting on the patio was great for bird watching in the mornings. Suzette was responsive to messages. I will keep those place in mind for return visits.
