We had the most magical honeymoon at this cozy cabin in the woods! The peaceful surroundings, crackling fireplace, and charming rustic touches made it the perfect romantic escape. Waking up to birdsong and sipping coffee on the porch was a dream. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our new chapter together.

Our stay was incredible! The house and the views were spectacular! Sharon provided many suggestions on where to eat and what to do and nothing disappointed. We had an amazing and relaxing time with beautiful views and just the peace and quiet we were looking for.

Great place to stay. Absolutely beautiful views and extremely peaceful. Definitely recommend. For anyone else coming from Nashville area, be careful of the commute traffic through Chattanooga!

Our stay in Mineral Bluff was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The setup was perfect, offering both comfort and functionality, but the outdoor living space truly stole the show—it was fantastic! My wife and I book Airbnbs 4-5 times a year, and while we've enjoyed many, this is the first one we'd absolutely rebook without hesitation. The experience was made even better by Gary, the host, who was great—extremely responsive if needed and provided crystal-clear directions, making it effortless to find the house. From the thoughtful design to the seamless experience, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for long range mountain views, peace, and quiet, this is the place to be. I LOVED the back porch running the full length of the house, with chairs where you can sit and just enjoy the views and the breeze. It's exactly what I needed to recharge. Kosma is a wonderful host and I look forward to going back.

Great place and location

This cabin was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I, plus our 2 pups, stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a relaxing week enjoying the hot tub and various balconies! Our pups loved having the zoomies and looking for deer in the backyard. We highly recommend the 4-hour Blue Ride Scenic Railway tour, The Black Sheep, Mountain Mama’s, and The Copper Fox! We will definitely be back! :)

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights when we decided to take our old Miata to drive the Cherohala Skyway and Tail of the Dragon (LOVED doing this, btw). We have had a stressful few months, and this was the perfect way to relax. Atali Lodge is secluded, nestled among woods and hills. If you want peace and quiet plus breathtaking scenery, this is the place! The cabin was full of personal touches to welcome us. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of driving and hiking (side note--we drove one hour to hike to Benton Falls and it was absolutely amazing; there is also Conosauga Falls just a few miles from the cabin--the drive and hike to there are not far but a little dicey/adventurous!). We enjoyed watching movies and grilling dinner one night. The bed was very comfortable. We loved having morning coffee on the back porch with the rabbits and birds. This is a wonderful retreat for couples, friends, or families. I would love to stay here again someday!

We went here for my girlfriend’s birthday for the week and had a great time. Everything was well stocked, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc. The house was very cozy and furnished very well. We enjoyed the big porches and nice wilderness surroundings. We also liked the basement area with the tv, darts, and karaoke machine! Ryan was very responsive and helped with everything that came up. The beds were very comfy as well. The house was very close to Mercier Orchards which I enjoyed (10 mins) and downtown blue ridge (12 mins ish). It was rainy all week, and we really enjoyed hearing the calming sounds of the creek water flowing! Overall great stay and very cozy cabin!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. I really enjoyed the views and the host was very responsive and very friendly. The house had everything I needed and it was a perfect getaway. Nothing can beat watching the sunset at this place.

We were in town just for one night but it was very convenient for the open water swim that we did in the morning. It’s near several restaurants. We didn’t explore the area as I would have liked to because we got in after 8pm and left for the swim at 6am, returned in time to only shower then hit the road back home, but it looked and sounded interesting. We had trouble a few times with the lock but Ken communicated a back up solution ahead of time which was helpful and comforting. We would stay here again if we do this race again, and if so, hopefully have a little more time to explore. Thank you!

This was a perfect spot for our families to stay during our son’s wedding at Chilhowee Gliderport. The host was great and the cabin was a perfect place to hang out and play games. A great basement for teenager.

We had a truly memorable and peaceful stay at this Airbnb. The space was perfect for our familyl, our kids especially loved it and had a great time exploring and enjoying the comforts of the home. It was clean, well-equipped, and provided just the right atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. William was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay, always available to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really made a difference and added to the positive experience. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat.

We loved our stay! We were here for a wedding close by, and this was so much closer than the alternative hotels. More importantly, Cyndi stocked the place with everything we could have needed. We especially loved the goats and Sampson the dog. Our stay here made our trip relaxed and enjoyable.

An unforgettable experience, everything was beautiful, waking up in the morning and seeing the deer around the cabin, the sunsets on the balcony, in short, our experience was magical, Amy was very attentive and explained everything in detail, no problems in the cabin, everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the rooms were very comfortable with everything ready, I definitely want to come back! This cabin was the perfect peaceful escape—so cozy, clean, and beautifully tucked away in nature. The cabin was incredibly clean and well-maintained—we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. They’ve thought of everything—from kitchen essentials to extra blankets and games. They truly set the standard for what a great Airbnb host should be. An outstanding stay from beginning to end—would absolutely book again. Already counting down the days until we can return.

We have been traveling using airbnb for 6 months and this was one of the cleanest and well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals.cabin was cozy and comfortable,we loved hanging out on the back porch and also made use of the grille that was provided ,there is also a fire pit ,the owners restocked the wood and propane for the grille right away without asking ,would definitely stay here again in the future,loved it !

It’s a very beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place. We felt so cozy being there. I loved the 50’s looking appliances in the kitchen as well. Due to my fear of climbing ladders, I couldn’t personally sleep up in the master bedroom, but from what I could see of it, it was beautiful. I’d definitely recommend this cabin to family, friends, and strangers. Thank you both again for letting us stay there!

Mark was the perfect host—kind, incredibly responsive, and so welcoming to my dogs (no pet fee, which was greatly appreciated!). The cabin was absolutely first class—beautifully built with great attention to detail, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. I loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and grilling on the back porch, which was fully secured so my pups could safely enjoy it off-leash. It was peaceful, serene, and surrounded by stunning walking trails—nature at its finest. I could have happily stayed forever and will definitely be back. Thank you, Mark, for such a wonderful stay!
