Beachfront house just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach overlooking it is one of the most beautiful and pristine in the territory, characterized by stones and gravel. The bottom is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on the storm surges). Simply put, the real house on the sea!!! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.

House of the Genius at Vucciria

Casa del Genio is named after the statue of the Genius of Palermo, represented in the niche that embellishes the evocative square of the Garraffo overlooking the apartment. The house, divided into three rooms, offers four beds distributed between the bedroom and the living room with a sofa bed. It is fully equipped and is located in the heart of the historic "Vuccirìa" market, today it became the center of the Palermo Movida and that could be noisy even late.
