It's a cozy little place but has everything that you need. Cable TV has several channels along with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The 2 ACs work great. Comfy little couch. Washer & dryer came in handy. Overall, not bad.

Overall this Airbnb was good. Marlen was who I spoke with the whole time. She was wonderful and helped me with everything I needed. Gave me Great instructions and directions on how to enter the property from the gate code to the house keys she made everything very easy. The pool was about a 2 minute walk. The pool is very nice. The rooms were located upstairs the beds I would say were twin size or full size beds. Overall the house was clean but not spotless. We had Ac units throughout the house. 😊 also if you order uber you might have to walk to the gate which is about 2-3 minutes.

Definitely an excellent place to stay, you don't need anything at all. There are two pools, a restaurant with very good seasoning and good prices, access to a quiet and safe beach, the place is comfortable and very quiet to rest, it has everything you need to be comfortable without having to leave!🙏🏻 It was a very pleasant experience!

A perfect stay! I had a wonderful experience in this house. It was a family trip. From the first moment, Ramona was incredibly attentive and available, responding to my messages quickly and making sure everything was in order. The house itself is spotless, clean and very well organized, which made me feel completely at ease since my arrival. The accesses are very easy, which was a great relief upon arrival. The location is excellent; there is a great variety of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away, and the beach is so close that it was a pleasure to enjoy the sea at any time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The images are as-is, the amenities in the subdivision are also great.

The place is very nice, the view of the bay is impressive, the apartment is in the best location in Mazatlan, you have everything at hand and there are also several restaurants and convenience stores only when leaving the building. The truth is 100% recommended, also Mr. Luis is available at all times and is very pleasant.

This is our 2nd year staying in an apartment of Walden's. Great to see Octavio & Pepe again! Location is perfect, on a residential street, up a hill in Centro. Easy walking to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, shops, art galleries, beaches, the market, pharmacies. The apartment itself is well-equipped with a beautiful kitchen, clean bathrooms, 3 balconies and a comfy living room. The beds were good quality and closets were great to hold our stuff comfortably. We very much enjoyed the balcony overlooking the city and ocean as well as the rooftop. My husband and I worked online while we were there and the internet connection was strong and reliable. Dad traveled with us the first two weeks and he also enjoyed the place and it's amenities. There are barking dogs, crowing roosters and construction sounds and other humans having a good time, but bienvenidos a Mexico. The provided white noise machine was handy. Entirely possible we will book this place next year!

We had a great time here! All was good from water pressure+heat, to location, and cleanliness. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and Centro.
