I really enjoyed staying at this location. I was in Mazatlan for a wedding at nearby resort. This location was close to both the resort and the beach. The airbnb was extremely clean, well-furnished, and had a great view of the surrounding area. The host was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Daniel!

We stayed for a month and loved it. The location is excellent if you want to be right on the malecón — perfect sunset views from the 4th-floor wraparound balcony. We especially enjoyed watching pelicans dive and frigatebirds glide by. It’s a 5-min walk to a big local market, 10 mins to the shrimp ladies, and about 20 to the old town. The apartment is great for a long stay — spacious, A/C in all rooms, big closets with lots of hangers, and a kitchen equipped for basic meals. Plenty of towels and essentials were provided. Tania was incredibly helpful — she went above and beyond and even left us a welcome gift. Check-in/out were smooth, and the secure building has two elevators. We always felt safe everywhere in MZT. OXXO downstairs and easy Uber access made things convenient. There are many local restaurants nearby — mostly Mexican but some variety. It can get windy on the balcony, and light sleepers may want earplugs. A fantastic base for Mazatlán. We’d definitely return!

We had a great time here! All was good from water pressure+heat, to location, and cleanliness. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and Centro.

This stay was perfect for us for our week in Mazatlán. Oziel’s communication and responsiveness was awesome and so important when you are traveling. The apartment was super clean, and the bed in the master was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. The pelicans flew right by our windows, and we were at eye level with the parasailers! We took advantage of spa services, the pool and the weight room, which had a decent amount of equipment. These were big reasons why we booked this place. There are great restaurants all within walking distance. There is not a lot of sandy beach in front of the complex which meant when the tide was high, we couldn’t walk down the beach and had to double back to the road. At other times it was fine though. But the benefit of that is that the view from the pool was right on the water! This is more of a residential complex than a regular resort, which was nice if you are looking for less of a party atmosphere.

Beautiful condo with amazing views. The pool, gym, and game room were extremely well maintained, as were the entire building & grounds. The pool bar was fantastic and very reasonably priced and the food was great and also well priced. Excellent location - close to everything, but not in the middle of crowds. Carolina's communication was fast and she provided all the information needed for check-in, check-out, and how to work everything in the condo and building. She even provided a guide of area food and things to do. Will definitely return to this condo. Thanks, Carolina!

Un poco lejos de xona dorada pero pasan camiones los cuales te llevanal malecon la casa muy agusto, un pequeño detalle pero se resolvio de inmediato muy recomendable
