Holiday rentals with beach access in Mazara del Vallo

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We had a very good time in Lucia's flat, it is well located and very carefully looked after, so you will find a flawlessly maintained, clean and pleasing apartment. The terrace is a boon.

Die Kommunikation mit Sebastiano war sehr gut und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist einfach,gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand mit leckerem Restaurant. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir die Städte Marsala, Erice und Trapani problemlos erkunden können. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter und würden jederzeit wieder her kommen. unsere Reisezeit war Ende Mai. Monika und Heinz aus Bayern

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Wir haben es bei unserem Check-in sehr sauber vorgefunden. Besonders gefiel uns die Dachterasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und in die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gern Wieder:)

Amazing location, the best neighborhood in trapani. Would highly recommend to anyone - close enough to all of the downtown, but with everything you really need and the best scenery and beaches all next to you. Fabio was also very clear and direct in his communication, amazing stay.

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

Siamo state molto bene! La vista dal balcone era molto bella. La comunicazione con Giuseppe è stata molto semplice. L'appartamento è collocato a pochi minuti di camminata dal mare. Posto consigliato!

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

Prostorný a čistý byt v klidném okolí jen pár minut chůze od pláže. S Walterem byla výborná komunikace, podělil se o tipy na okolní vyžití a byl flexibilní co se týče našeho příjezdu. Auto je nutností, kromě pláže v docházkové vzdálenosti nic není a kuchyně má jen základní vybavení. Krásný výhled na moře z terasy.

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Lovely house, beautiful location with stunning views of the vineyard and sea. Beach within walking distance and felt private as so few people use it. The added extras of cot, towels, blankets ect for our daughter were a lovely touch and the wine was delicious! Thank you very much for having us.

Alloggio perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e relax. La casa è in una posizione isolata e silenziosa, a soli 5 minuti a piedi da una splendida spiaggia poco frequentata (noi siamo stati a inizio giugno e spesso era tutta per noi!). Ideale per famiglie con bambini: la spiaggia ha sabbia fine e l’ingresso in acqua è molto graduale. Abbiamo adorato la cucina esterna e lo spazio nel retro, perfetti per rilassarsi all’ombra durante le ore più calde, immersi nei suoni della natura. Antonio è stato un host eccezionale: ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili sulla zona, sempre gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno meraviglioso e speriamo di tornare!

Superbe appartement avec sublime vue depuis la chambre et le salon. On ne s’en lasse pas! Plage, restaurants, supermarché accessibles à proximité. Valeria laisse d’excellentes recommandations pour visiter la région. Elle est disponible et réactive si besoin au cours du séjour. Coup de cœur !!!!!

Han sido unos días increíbles, el desayuno y la cena en el porche con vistas espectaculares y Giovanna fue súper atenta a nuestra recepción. Un placer sentirse como en casa en una casa con historia. Gracias por todo, volveremos seguro!!

Lovely apartment with charming decor, located right by the seafront! We recommend renting a car to easily reach Maia’s recommended restaurants and explore the surrounding towns.

We loved our stay here - right near everything, walkable to the port and the beach and local shops. It was exactly as pictured and such a gem in the center of the area. The hot tub and terrace were extra special!

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! A beautiful stylish apartment, with the added bonus of a huge roof terrace with comfortable furniture overlooking the harbour. The kitchen was perfect for self catering if needed. Plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Central quiet location opposite small sandy beach.

Einer unsere schönsten Aufenthalte bislang - Maras Haus ist eine Oase und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Das Haus liegt fußläufig wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt und ist umgeben von einem riesigen Garten mit Basilikum, Zucchini, Zitronen, Granatäpfel, Feigen etc. wo wir uns bedienen durften. Mara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, hat uns aber auch genug Privatsphäre gelassen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Mara für die schöne Zeit.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Vito was extremely responsive and helpful throughout, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was ideal, with a supermarket nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi was strong, which was perfect for remote work, and the amenities provided were excellent—everything from a washing machine and grill to comfortable sunbeds. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient stay.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apartment verbracht. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung aber dies war kein Problem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand, Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants -alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hinterhof mit Orangen und Zitronenbäumen ist ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft genossen. Wenn wir etwas „bemängeln“ würden dann, dass es etwas wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten gibt und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (für uns) etwas zu hart war. Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! Enza and Giuseppe were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The villa was exceptionally comfortable, with so many wonderful amenities. The beds were very cozy, and the villa itself was beautiful, clean, organized, and offered an amazing view. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Sicily and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you Enza for being such an amazing host.

The apartment itself is excellent - well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms quite modern. The sea-facing balcony was large and very pleasant, tho’ it could have used a dining table and chairs in additions to the low chairs and table. The living room and dining room are each quite large. The location is only so so. As other reviews have mentioned, road noise is definitely an issue, especially when sitting outside. (The windows are excellent at helping to dampen the sound levels when inside.) Also, other than the small and very rocky beach at the end of the street, there is nothing to do in the immediate area, so you’ll need to drive to do or see anything.
