Holiday rentals with beach access in Mazara del Vallo

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We had a very good time in Lucia's flat, it is well located and very carefully looked after, so you will find a flawlessly maintained, clean and pleasing apartment. The terrace is a boon.

Communication with Sebastiano was very good and always available. The apartment is simple, well equipped and quietly located. About 10 minutes' walk to the beach with a delicious restaurant. With the rental car, we were able to explore the cities of Marsala, Erice and Trapani without any problems. We highly recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace with a view of the sunset over the sea and the mountains. Communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. Happy to come back :)

Amazing location, the best neighborhood in trapani. Would highly recommend to anyone - close enough to all of the downtown, but with everything you really need and the best scenery and beaches all next to you. Fabio was also very clear and direct in his communication, amazing stay.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Vincenza’s. He was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. The place itself is very well appointed. We would absolutely return.

There were three of us in Sofia's place and we spent a few very nice days there. Had I known how beautiful this place is, we would definitely have booked more days. I think the place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It is super modern, new and also from the cleanliness everything was in perfect order. Sofia decorated everything with love, it felt like a real home. The location offers a very nice view. The area is very quiet and somewhat hidden. For the accommodation, I would urgently recommend a rental car. The communication with Sofia was impeccable, she was always available and always super friendly. We got some local tips from her. Would definitely return. Sofia is a super host.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Giovanna’s place matched the description, and we thought it was even better when we saw it. The apartment was of a good size and very clean. There were stairs to climb, so since we were staying there just one night, we left our big pieces of luggage in the car. Giovanna and Ervin were great hosts.

Perfect accommodation for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The house is in a secluded and quiet location, just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful, uncrowded beach (we were there in early June and it was often all to ourselves!). Ideal for families with children: the beach has fine sand and the water entry is very gradual. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the space in the back, perfect for relaxing in the shade during the hottest hours, immersed in the sounds of nature. Antonio was an exceptional host: he provided us with a lot of useful information about the area, always kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

It's been an incredible few days, breakfast and dinner on the porch with spectacular views and Giovanna was super attentive to our reception. It's a pleasure to feel at home in a house with history. Thanks for everything, we'll be back for sure!!

Lovely apartment with charming decor, located right by the seafront! We recommend renting a car to easily reach Maia’s recommended restaurants and explore the surrounding towns.

We loved our stay here - right near everything, walkable to the port and the beach and local shops. It was exactly as pictured and such a gem in the center of the area. The hot tub and terrace were extra special!

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Vito was extremely responsive and helpful throughout, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was ideal, with a supermarket nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi was strong, which was perfect for remote work, and the amenities provided were excellent—everything from a washing machine and grill to comfortable sunbeds. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient stay.

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.

Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! Enza and Giuseppe were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The villa was exceptionally comfortable, with so many wonderful amenities. The beds were very cozy, and the villa itself was beautiful, clean, organized, and offered an amazing view. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Sicily and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you Enza for being such an amazing host.

The Da Alba apartment is spacious, reasonably comfortable and situated in a quiet block within a quiet neighbourhood. You are more likely to be woken by church bells than traffic. It's also very well situated for transport, near the ferry port and the important bus stop in front of the port, with buses to all the towns of western Sicily, as well as Palermo (including the airport), Trapani-Birgi airport, and Agrigento (with the Valle dei Templi). A slightly longer walk will take you to the train station, main bus station, or the other way into the historic centre. The kitchen is sufficiently well-equipped for basic cooking, with the bonus of a good espresso machine. Giuseppe was an extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive host, quick to answer any questions or solve any little problem. I enjoyed a stay of a fortnight in the winter, but I imagine this would also make for a very good value, cool and shady refuge for a family or group of up to four in the summer.

The apartment itself is excellent - well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms quite modern. The sea-facing balcony was large and very pleasant, tho’ it could have used a dining table and chairs in additions to the low chairs and table. The living room and dining room are each quite large. The location is only so so. As other reviews have mentioned, road noise is definitely an issue, especially when sitting outside. (The windows are excellent at helping to dampen the sound levels when inside.) Also, other than the small and very rocky beach at the end of the street, there is nothing to do in the immediate area, so you’ll need to drive to do or see anything.
