Our family had a lovely 2-weeks at this property, the home had everything we needed, and the space was perfect. We loved the cinema and outside space, we had everything we needed. The shops were close, within walking distance, which was very helpful. The hosts were great. We were very sad to leave and hope to be back in 2026. Thank you for a lovely family holiday.

We visited Perth from South Africa for a wedding and were advised to stay in Cottesloe — we are so glad we did! It is a beautiful area with everything close by. The beach is within walking distance and the promenade was perfect for our daily runs. The house was exactly as advertised — modern, spotless, and stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen had oils, sauces, teas, coffees, and all cleaning and laundry supplies. We were welcomed with a lovely treat package and felt right at home. There were multiple cozy TV areas, and the cinema room was such a treat. The pool was a bonus too! The host was incredibly responsive and proactive — even sending helpful reminders like when to take the bins out. We also loved the restaurant tips, especially Daisies just around the corner. We highly recommend this place — it truly felt like a home away from home.

We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and seamless experience from start to finish. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described maybe even better in person. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Lesmurdie was a lovely, peaceful area and surprisingly not a far drive from anywhere a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. May blessings fill this home always. Our favourite Airbnb in Perth! The house was even more stunning than the photos—it truly doesn't do it justice. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The bathroom was clean and impressively large. The kids had a blast playing with the giant chess set out front, and we appreciated being able to park two cars in the front porch area. A supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away, with a lovely coffee café next to it—our go-to stop every morning before heading out. One thing to note: the washer and dryer are located in one of the bedrooms. If you're travelling with friends or extended family, this might be a bit inconvenient, especially at night, as you'll need access to someone else's room to do laundry. Still, this house was a highlight of our trip—comfortable, convenient, and absolutely beautiful. We'd love to return!

Great location, home owner was super responsive and easy to talk too. Quick walk to Bayswater train station and the Tavern.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Such a warm and welcoming property. Plenty of room with lovely clean rooms, bedding and bathrooms. Very comfortable and clean outside as well. Great locations with 20 mins drive to city. Great family home. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

A beautiful home in the heart of South Fremantle. Bedding is extremely comfortable and Chanel is a wonderful host. The house is well set-out and has everything you need for a short stay as well as being close to really nice restaurants and bars if you don't feel like cooking. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in Fremantle.

The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. We hope to be back again someday! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

I have stayed at Louise and Jenny’s place for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The location is close to the city but the transport is not very convenient, so would recommend to have a car. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Arron and Maddy were responsive each time we needed help. The house surrounding was peaceful, easy to find with clear instructions given. Our kids love the outdoor play available within the premises and there is ample parking space. Great location with eateries available within a few mins of driving.

Beautiful villa, great location, walking distance to every shop you need, so many options from food stores, fresh food, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, gift shop, bakeries… so many!!! But a quiet, peaceful street tucked in behind it all. Parking space for hire car or public transport options.

The house was absolutely stunning – even better than the photos! It was beautifully presented and in a great location with easy access to the CBD. Tam was an awesome host with warm and friendly communication throughout our stay. We did experience a power issue, which was inconvenient, but Tam’s prompt responses and reassuring communication quickly put our minds at ease. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Ann’s was wonderful! Clean and tidy home. It was perfect location close to city and train station. Ann was a great host easy to contact.

We had a lovely stay at Bron’s place! The place was spotless when we entered. Kitchen was fully equipped (really had everything we needed), and everything we saw in the photos and amenities mentioned in the listing was accurate! Nice garden and backyard area to sit in. We didnt drive but the place was close to Swanbourne & Claremont Station for the public train/ we’d uber with ease. Would love to stay at Bron’s place again if i’m back in Perth :)
