Sunrise Turtle beach house was a comfortable, well stocked house that felt like home. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything we needed. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of multiple resorts for food and pool use. Peaceful and still close enough to Placencia for an outing without having to be in the heart of all its activity 24/7. Zun, from Flowers Vacation Rental, was an extremely responsive and helpful host.

The most gorgeous and relaxing place right on the beach! It was my first time to Belize and I was blown away by how nice the villa was. Very well kept and beautifully decorated. We loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and sitting in the hammocks on the beach in the evening. The location was private and peaceful but just a short drive to all the restaurants and activities. Great local recommendations from the host too! Will definitely be back!

Our vacation was absolutely perfect, we never wanted to leave! The house was exactly as described and we wouldn't change a thing. It was very easy to check in and out, and the host was super responsive. We will plan to come back!

Placencia is an absolute gem. Incredible community with great Caribbean Sea access, lots to do and great food and bar options. The property itself is far enough away from the hustle bustle but close enough that it’s accessible by golf in a few minutes. Note: you will need to rent a golf cart, but Captain Jak’s was great to rent a 6 person cart. There are a couple of nice restaurants easily walkable - Mariposa and La Dolce Vita. Both very nice! Hearing the waves as well fall asleep at night was fantastic. And the beds were firm and some of the better quality i have stayed in at an Air BnB. Kitchen had what we needed but we mainly ate out. The outdoor balcony area was amazing and the pool was fantastic for the kids. Very quiet and peaceful complex grounds. Would recommend!

Our stay was amazing. Clean, peaceful complex with neighbors enjoying themselves. The view from the porch was really nice. The grounds were well kept. Great pool. Very family friendly and for couples enjoying themselves. Located a mile north of main town, so you may want to rent a golf cart which Los Porticos helped with setting up. Host made great recommendations for excursions and food, and they helped set up a ride to the airport. The Italian restaurant on-site was so yummy! We enjoyed Pickled Parrot and randomly met two people from northwest Arkansas to watch a hogs basketball. Omar’s, Rumfish, Hibiscus Cafe, Carmen’s, Chillpoint for food. Barefoot Bar on the beach for fun drinks, Brewed Awakenings for breakfast pastries, smoothies, and fruit bowls. Above Ground coffee, Go Sea for watery excursion. Thanks for a great stay!

I have SO MUCH TO SAY about this place. We had a bit of trouble locating the property on day one, as it doesn't have a "real address". Besides that, this home is GOREGOUS! We came to Belize to property hunt, and I seriously did not want to leave! I WANTED TO BUY IT! The location has a bar that is full of expats. What a great group of people. Waking up every morning out the master bedroom to the water was so what we wanted. So much thought went into this house. The pool is the perfect height for people gathering. The bench in the pool is the perfect height for those sitting. The artwork, the linens, the dishes...so much attention to detail. Every creature comfort provided. Very warm and inviting. Bright and airy. I would come back here again and again. VERY NICE PLACE.

Fantastic stay at this lovely house! Zun from the property management company was very responsive and helpful. Strong scented air fresheners were too much for us but this was fine once unplugged. Pool is a great temperature for a hot day. Great wrap around design with 2 bedrooms having direct pool access. Nice Sonos sound system in and out and no nearby neighbours to worry about the noise. Amazing landscaped grounds. Totally private. Sleeps 6 but only 4 chairs at outdoor table and 4 lounge chairs. Well equipped kitchen but needs better can opener. Salt, pepper, rice, sugar and a bit of coffee. No other seasonings or cooking oil. Comfy beds and AC in all rooms. Huge showers. Quick drive to town or beach with a golf cart or car.

I spent 6 wonderful days at this property, and everything exceeded my expectations. The home itself is beautiful and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. Chef Arjay was a highlight of our stay—he was not only a fantastic chef but also incredibly accommodating of our dietary needs. He was flexible, creative, and made every meal memorable. Tatianna, our housekeeper, was equally amazing. She kept the space spotless without ever disrupting our day—we barely even knew she was there! I can’t wait to come back to Placencia with friends and enjoy this beautiful property all over again. Highly recommend Sandcastle Vista for anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless experience.

We had a great one night stay in unit #24! Beth gave us a free upgrade and it appeared we were the very first guests in this new unit! Beth and Johan gave us an early check in and also lots of tips for dinner and more. The beds were comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The setting was awesome on the water. We did not use the pool but the deck and view were really lovely. I would highly recommend this property and hosts! Thank you again!

We absolutely loved stating at The Slow Loris. It was in the perfect location was an amazing view. We were a group of 8 adults and felt so comfortable and at home. On our day of arrival we were met by a concierge for a tour of the home and helpful information. The perfect vacation home we hope to stay in time and time again.

We stayed for the Easter weekend. It was excellent! Nice views, comfortable and well appointed space. Overall it was really nice for a family getaway. The team/staff were really helpful and made our stay comfortable. I’d highly recommend it.

We cannot say enough about our stay at Island Time on Placencia Caye. The staff were fantastic. Our Captain Jose, fabulous meals from our Chef Brytni, and the impeccable Housekeeper Lucy. They became family to us. We miss our daily visitor “Boots”!

There was no downside to this house. Staff is amazing. The location is outside town so it’s peaceful but yet only a golf cart drive to everything.

We loved our stay at the Slow Loris. It was the best beach location I've ever found. The first night we were there we walked the short distance to The Flying Pig Restaurant/Bar and met the friendliest group of people who made us feel right at home and gave us great recommendations. Just another perk of staying at the Slow Loris Villa. Would highly recommend and would love to return there someday.

We had a group of 7 people and everyone loved the house. The property is exactly as described and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. Herbert was very responsive and friendly.

We had a very pleasurable stay at Breeze of Paradise. The host was communicative and responsive, and the house was what we expected. Having a pool was great for the kids, and watching the pelicans dive all day long just out front was wonderful entertainment. We loved the large kitchen for preparing meals, and all the rooms were very comfortable for our family. We also appreciated the location being somewhat further from the towns further south, but an easy drive in.

Herbert place was peaceful, clean, and inviting. We all 4 enjoyed our stay and loved being greeted by the local 2 dogs everyday. The morning sunrises were amazing. We took the kayaks out twice in the morning and enjoyed the view and all the beautiful birds feeding in the shallow sea floor while the sunrise glistened. The beach was clean, but everyday plastic would be swept in by the tides. Not a lot and no fault of the host Herbert. My husband and I would pick it up everyday. Only because we are activist about a clean earth. I wish all people would recognize this problem. Thanks Herbert for the great communication and your beautiful home. We all had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Laylo. Beautiful beach in front, nice swimming pool, quiet, safe and nice restaurants in the area! Jessie was flexible with our arrival as I thought it would take much longer to get through the airport and to Seine Bight! It was a lovely place and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Excellent spot to stay! Very private (there are some new units being built close by), near easy and relaxed eating spots at the local resorts. We stayed here for Christmas and new year’s as a family of 6 and had a wonderful time. This is about a 20 min drive from placencia town so I do recommend you rent a golf cart or car. Hosts are SUPER responsive and helpful- would stay here again! We loved the private beach on the lagoon and pool.

Swan Villas is truly exceptional—from the excellent communication with the host to the unique architectural design of the units. We stayed in the Lion Fish villa, which was well-equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The place was spotless, and we felt right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the breathtaking sunsets each evening. Staying here is a memorable experience and is highly recommended!

Beautiful Flintstone style home. Extremely unique architecture and very private and welcoming environment. It’s about 20 to 25 minutes from downtown Placencia and there is pretty much zero Beach access from the property. Although you do have water access with kayaks on site
