Voss House Apartment Free Space - Secluded Location

In short: secluded location, high-quality renovation, mountain views, quiet location, numerous hiking opportunities directly from the house, ski resort nearby. The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Nestled in nature, in a panoramic area at the foot of Mount Pizzul, at 1000 metres above sea level, the chalet "In dai guriuz” guarantees maximum relaxation and the possibility of cultural and naturalistic excursions along the path of the evocative meadows. Located on three floors and equipped with all comforts, including Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial, kitchen/living room with fireplace, modern appliances, playroom and music area, it is suitable for the needs of all families, adults and younger.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

With a total of 111 square meters of living space, the Chalet Gailtal can accommodate up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living/ dining area offer you with over 6m room height enough space for a perfect holiday. Around 30sqm let you forget the time, while taking a look at the Harnische Hauptkamm. A fireplace and an outdoor sauna will keep you warm when you return home after a hard day's skiing.

Bergmanns Ferienapartment in Nußdorf-Debant offers a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. It has a balcony with mountain and city views, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a dishwasher.
