This bright and very quietly located apartment is on the top floor of a villa. Accessible via a private staircase, there is a room with a kitchen, a large living room (dining table, corner sofa, and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a half bath, all on one level. There are many cozy spots in the large, fully fenced-in garden. The pool (heated by solar panels) can be used from June to October. 5 minutes to the bus to Vienna, 10 minutes to the main train station

Our Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen offers full comfort in a small space. It is a mobile, partially self-sufficient caravan made of wood with a garden and terrace. Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.
