House holiday rentals in Maubec

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we have ever had. The home and private grounds are wonderful reflections of the spirit and beauty of Provence. Where do we start? The beautiful decorations in the home, the well appointed bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room, and the large landscaped gardens with a well maintained pool, and the surrounding spaces with panoramic views of the valley. Stores and restaurants are a short walk away and Lacoste is a central location to explore nearby towns. Michel and Christine were gracious hosts who met us when we began and ended our stay and made us feel welcome to stay in their wonderful property. Thanks again for making our trip to Provence such a great experience.

Melanie and Alex are incredible hosts! From check-in to check-out, they were tremendously graceful, personable, and helpful (all things within the Airbnb and unrelated to the property)! We had a wonderful stay at Annick’s property, it was a perfect location, extremely peaceful overlooking the pool and olive groves in the garden with the backdrop of Gordes in the distance. The town of Gordes is walkable (uphill) or less than a 5 minute drive away, ideally located to visit the bakery in the morning for breakfast. Annick was very responsive and met us on arrival and kindly provided local recommendations. We had a fantastic weeks stay, thank you very much.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Anaïs’s beautiful home in Gordes! The house was in immaculate condition perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a peaceful haven in the heart of Provence. Anaïs was an exceptional host. She warmly welcomed us in person, gave us a full tour of the property, and shared helpful tips about how everything worked. She also went out of her way to help us plan our stay, answering all our questions and offering fantastic suggestions that shaped a perfect itinerary. What truly stood out was her kindness and attention to detail even at check-out, she made sure everything went smoothly and surprised us with a thoughtful parting gift. It was such a lovely gesture that really made us feel at home. We couldn’t recommend Anaïs or her home more highly. An outstanding experience from beginning to end!

The perfect hideaway in the Luberon! This was our 5th time visiting the region and staying in various accommodations (from hotels to Airbnbs). David’s place was beyond perfect. The rural, French countryside cottage we were looking for, but within driving distance to all of the best villages. We utilized the pool every day in the afternoon when it was too hot to explore and loved watching the sunset from the hill beside the property. The location is amazing - close to Oppède le Vieux, Goult, Menerbes and Gordes. We stayed with 3 adults and one 13 month old and the setup worked great for our group. If you want to feel like you’re really living a Provençal life, book this place.

If only we were able to stay longer! Frederic was very gracious, he went out of his way to explain the house and the beautiful farm. The property is so beautiful and private, perfect place to bring food/wine back and just park there with friends/family. 10/10 would stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Christelle’s beautiful home. Check in was smooth, the villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is idyllic, we fell in love with Lacoste. Such a picturesque and peaceful town. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for having us.

The place was beautiful and Bonnieux has everything you need for a great base whilst exploring the Luberon. We loved the setting out in the peace of vineyard and cherry orchard whilst being an easy walk into the village. Edwina was very kind and helpful and left a wonderful welcome for us at the house. Would 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Corinnes property. It was great to have our own private river access during our stay as it was warm at the time of visiting in June. The jacuzzi was also a hit! Corinne provided many essentials and a beautiful basket of local produce including tapanade and jam. She was very accommodating for our group which included a baby and allowed us early check in and departure so he could nap at home. All cookware required was available for when we wanted to cook a meal at home and the fridge had a cold water and ice machine. Beds were all comfy and each room had its own bathroom. The accommodation is very tastefully furnished. The large terrace above the Sorgue river is great, with plenty of sun until the evening. The picturesque town with many restaurants and shops can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Nicolas responded to our questions very quickly. The place is highly recommended!

I spent a week walking the hiking trails from Celine's very pleasant and peaceful house, close to the paths. The area is very beautiful! Celine is really very welcoming and warm. A stream of sympathy quickly settled between us. A week that's going to be a great memory. Thank you, Céline.

We had a pleasant stay, everything was perfect, the communication with the owners, the accommodation, all the amenities and the pool, especially with the high temperatures! We loved our stay at Martine’s place. She was a wonderful host. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. She was a friendly and helpful host and gave us great information about the area. The house was perfectly equipped and spotless and has everything we needed for our family of 4 to have a wonderful vacation. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Bonnieux and to drive around the different towns in Provence. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return one day!

We came here for a family trip & it was just perfect. The house is so well equipped & has everything you might need. The outside space is fantastic, the pool and the terrace was lovely. The village is beautiful & only a few minutes walk from the house. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back!

We were two families of 4, the spaces are large, the garden sublime, we had a wonderful stay! The area is beautiful and the house is super well located!!! Sophie is very responsive and pleasant in short we keep the address and go there without a second thought!!!

Cozy house on beautiful property with small pool. Since Frederic lives in the house, nothing is missing in the kitchen. We were there when it was very hot and were glad that there are many “sitting and dining areas” on the property, so that you could always find a shady spot. You have a wonderful view from the property. The road is not visible, but sometimes audible in some places outside. There is also a tomcat who comes to visit in the morning and evening and wants to be fed. 1 km away there is a great fruit and vegetable stand. The closest supermarket is about 4 km away. In Merindol there is an amazing amount of gastronomy - we were in 2 restaurants that were really good. Frederic was easily accessible.

A beautiful house in a stunning location. We really enjoyed our week staying here with our two young children and two other young families. We thought the house is better in real life than the pictures. The setting is just gorgeous with wonderful countryside and lovely towns to visit. We enjoyed local markets and villages, wine tasting, running, cycling, and of course the swimming pool. Pierre and Catherine are great hosts, responsive to any requests and everything was clear and as described. Would highly recommend.

Hi Olga, We would like to thank you warmly for our stay in your beautiful house. As a family, we had an exceptional time celebrating our children's birthdays. The house, with its traditional charm, is spacious and perfectly equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The exteriors are really superb, with many small terraces where we could enjoy the sun and tranquility. The petanque court was a favorite for everyone, a perfect place to share friendly moments. Thank you again for your warm welcome, we will keep a very good memory of this getaway. Looking forward to coming back!

The house is beautifully located in nature with a great view of Lacoste. We felt very comfortable with the large family. The house is in great condition and very nicely and tastefully furnished. Everything you need is available in the kitchen, etc. Julien is very helpful and always in touch. we'll be back for sure!

This is on the outskirts of Maubec with a lavender field right there and grape vines. The upstairs area has three bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms. Downstairs is a full bath and a bedroom with a king bed. There is a large dining room table and also one outside if you’d like a cookout. There are also two seating areas. A pool is available of which we were only able to partake of one day so to our schedule and weather. Gabrielle and Thibaut were bet responsive to all messages and we had a nice visit with Gabrielle by the pool one night. If we come back to the area we’d stay again.

Our stay at Ludovic’s home was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need—and more. It was peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and full of heart. We especially loved the rich history of the home and how it had been in Ludovic’s family for generations; it added such a meaningful and authentic touch to our experience. Ludovic was incredibly gracious with his time, offering quick and helpful responses throughout our stay. I’ve truly never stayed anywhere that felt so much like home. Leaving was harder than I expected… I think a little piece of my heart stayed behind. Thank you again for your warm hospitality. We hope to return someday.
