Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Matua

Handy for us to our family and to the main roads. Kitchen well kitted out with any basic you might need. I really appreciated the washing machine which was quiet and easy to use.

The house was just as advertised, and Angelique was super responsive to messages etc. Would recommend anyone spending nights in Tauranga to book this place.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Well what can we say?! AMAZING! ❤️Antony & Yolanda’s house is simply BEAUTIFUL! The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the local supermarket/restaurants/bars & eateries. The beach also only a 2 min walk. We attended the Dawn Parade and it was such a luxury not having to worry about parking, everything really is on your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and spacious yet felt so cosy and homely. The hosts have put a LOT of thought and effort in to making you feel at home (and we did)! ❤️ From the cosy plush blankets, to the ping pong table (which was so much fun), everything was just magic! From our family to yours Y & A, a huge thank you! 😘❤️

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jane's place. Set in a very peaceful location. A short walk to the shopping centre and a short drive to the Mount. Easy check-in. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. A very comfortable home. Would recommend.

This is an excellent BnB. It is clean, light, comfortable and immaculately clean. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the whole apartment is a really pleasant place to stay. It is literally a 2 minute walk to a long and exceptionally beautiful surf beach. Genuinely, one of the best BnBs we have stayed in.

Beautiful studio. Perfect for a couple. Walking distance to the beach and mall. Great full kitchen, spacious area. I would definitely recommend.

Staying at Peter's was a pleasure. The location was perfect just 10min drive from our event (Golden Gloves Boxing) , the home was cozy and clean, and Peter was always available to answer our questions. The area was very spacious for the 5 of us (3 adults 2 kids). We were also provided with eggs, milk, butter, washing detergent etc so very kind of him. Highly recommended! Our stay was fantastic and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it! Very private and quiet. We would definitely book again.

Alec and Anna were exceptionally gracious hosts and provided much insight to the area and things to do. They treated me like family. My experience was amazing in every way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, great location and the kids loved looking at the toys on the shelf! We arrived later than we planned but John still came down and showed us around. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. A lovely comfortable apartment that had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very clean & tidy and the beds comfortable. Great location, walkable to the beach, hot pools and great food. Would definitely stay again.

With its ocean view and easy access to the Mount’s cafes and restaurants this well appointed studio was a great place to stay at. We will happily stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The best air bnb I’ve stayed in! It was so baby friendly and had so many great amenities. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so spacious!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.
