Fantastic stay for our family in order to finish the school year before we moved out of Charlotte. Very clean and well stocked with what we needed!

Loved this house. We felt right at home. House was super clean and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was very quiet at night and less than 10 minutes away from Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews. We rented this house for a lacrosse tournament, and we will definitely be back next year.

My family and I stayed here for a Metallica concert. Beautiful home and the master bathroom was awesome! Really nice shower with a seat inside. Only 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte with lots of fun activities nearby. Extra cool points because I could bring my puppy with me with no additional fees added. I would recommend this home to anyone! 10/10!!!!!

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was said that if we ever come back to this area, we would love to stay there again. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The owners did a great job of making us feel very comfortable, the house was spectacular, the accommodations were fantastic, location was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Great space and big property. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the mornings. There are many restaurants and stores nearby and easy to acess. Will book again if I'm in town.

Highly recommend this location and townhouse. Please remember there are lots of stairs in case you have knee or hip problems.

Wonderful stay, many amenities and very clean home. Location is near all of what south Charlotte has to offer.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. The backyard was nice for our dog and we enjoyed a few restaurants in the area near campus. No problem using ride shares to downtown. We would stay here again.

Traveled for work and it was close to hotels and food. I was able to work during the day and come back to relax. I needed to check in early and the host was very accommodating they let me check in at 10:45am even though early check in is 3pm. This was very helpful!

Minor snafu with the lockbox but good communication quickly resolved the issue. Great location. The condo was as described in the listing

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Such a peaceful place to stay even just for a weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay with their significant other. the only downside while we were there was not all the animals were there or out.

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

Dawn made everything so welcoming for my stay! The place was located in a convenient but private area. It was very clean and as described. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider it when I’m back in town!

we had a fantastic stay, whilst in the area visiting friends. place we clean, and exactly as pictured plus loads of additional amenities.

So appropriately named -charming , comfortable and safe . Reminds me of such a simpler time in life. Such a pleasure to wake up every morning, have coffee on the swing on the porch overlooking the lake, listening to the birds sing .. A retreat tucked away -a place to refresh the soul ! Wonderful hosts-so accommodating!!

This home was exactly as described, clean, roomy. The house numbers were lit up at night making it easier to find in a neighborhood after dark. Everything was there that was needed. A wonderful surprise was fresh flowers on the dining room table, live plants placed around in the living room. A flower garden out back in perfect bloom. The best part was communication, pleasant, friendly, they even gave us the cell number just in case we needed something. Should I be in this area again, there would be no hesitation to book with them again.

We found the apartment perfect for us,spacious and clean. The location was in the country but not too far away from local amenities, about 10 minutes drive to Highway 74 . The goats are super friendly and enjoyed eating everything we gave them. Definitely would stay again.

Mary went above and beyond to make us feel at ease staying at her house. She was thoughtful, kind, accommodating and very responsive. We were in Charlotte for our grandson's graduation from high school. Her home is beautiful and peaceful. We were truly blessed!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this location. It was convenient to a lot of different activities for us, minutes from downtown Matthews. The neighbors were all quiet, and the yard provided a peaceful atmosphere that my kids loved to play in. I would definitely recommend this place to those visiting Matthews, NC in the future.

Danielle was a wonderful host, so personable, always very responsive, and just wonderful to chat with in general. my dog loved the little pond here so much, it was a great spot for her to swim and play fetch in!
