Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Matsudo

Really cool location, and the property is very well managed, maintained and check in was a breeze, The rooms have all the basic things one might need, and the room size is pretty decent (big for Tokyo). I recommend this place to others.

New apartment, nice location

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

I stayed here for over a month and had a great time. The flat has everything you'll need, new washer/dryer, nice shower/bathroom, separate toilet. Comfy bed and sofa, kitchen well equipped. The area is nice and quiet, in 5 min you are at the riverside where you can walk or run for miles along the quiet riverbank. A nice escape should you feel overwhelmed by busy Tokyo. You will be able to reach all areas of Tokyo quickly as the flat is right next to the train stop, it takes a minute to be on the platform. If you are very noise sensitive that might be a problem for you, however it wasn't for me. The two hosts are very friendly and accommodating and made me feel welcome at any time. I can only recommend it.

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

I liked the place, can recommend to others as well. Very near to the station. Clean room and good utensils available, especially useful when you are with family. Cindy is very responsive. Comfortable bed(s) to sleep.

It was my second time using it, but this time, the adults and children enjoyed it the best! The bath was clean and even more powerful, and it was easy to use. They were also quick to respond to questions on the day, which was helpful.Thank you so much!

We love the place especially the fully equipped kitchen, huge beds with soft linen (and lots of extra blankets) and the tatami room. It was cold (and rainy) during our visit but we had no issues as Satoki's house have several heaters. There was even a heater outside the shower door which is really good esp in winter. The place is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of food options within walking distance. It's also very close to Shibamata - home to Shibamata Taishakuten Shrine and the Taishakuten-Sando (old street with shops and food stalls... it's sooo nice!) The train station is also just 5 minutes away which is very convenient. It also has direct access to Narita Airport. Given the chance, I would choose to stay at Satoki-san's home again.

Yoshi’s home was perfect for our group of 8 to stay in. There was plenty of space for us to relax and spread out a bit, and the rooftop views of the Skytree can’t be beat! Yoshi is a very helpful and responsive host, and even recommended some of the services they offer such as rides to and from the airports, which was very convenient. The home is situated well in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to a bus stop, the Asakusa and Ginza train lines, and has a good number of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Checking in and out was simple, and Yoshi even allowed us to store our luggage for a couple hours after checkout time since we had later flights. I am very happy with my stay!

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation which is just a stone’s throw away from Keisei Takasago train station! The availability of complimentary Netflix was a bonus as we all sat down to unwind after our daily outing. Washer and dryer was another bonus for us, one of the main reasons why we chose this place. We were all well rested from the comfortable beddings. Something for improvement would be the provision of seats with backrest at the living area. All in all, awesome place and host who was also responsive and gave numerous travel information!

Fantastic host and house. We had a great time at Tokyo and the location was convenient to a local train station (about 5min walk). There are food options and family mart nearby too. Tomohito also responded quickly to any queries we had prior to the trip. Thank you!

It's a little bit away from the main tourist attractions of Tokyo but thankfully very near the bus station that takes you to the local train station. It's a great place and very cozy. It has one main shower room and two bidets. We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay. The host was great in communicating and even checked on us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

A very cozy and quiet place to stay. Although it’s a bit far away from the station, we get used to it the second day. And it’s pretty rare to find a Airbnb in Tokyo that has a kitchen and a dining table. My family and I had a great time staying here. Suzu is also very nice and reply messages quickly.

Staying at Yumiko’s place was an absolute delight! She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. Yumiko’s thoughtful touches made me feel truly at home. I highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area. Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Fantastic place and so close to the train station which we could use the Tokyo Metro Pass with! Lockers are available for luggage storage should guests arrive before check in time!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.
