Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We hebben met in totaal 4 stellen (2 kids) de twee grote appartementen van Arthur gehuurd. We hebben een top week gehad! De appartementen zijn heel ruim en doordat ieder stel een eigen badkamer heeft was er veel privacy! Ook genoeg ruimte in beide appartementen om met iedereen te kunnen tafelen/bij elkaar zitten. Op loopafstand van de piste (sleeplift Nives). Er is bergruimte met verwarmde elementen voor skischoenen in de garage, maar wij kozen ervoor onze spullen in het depot naast de skilift te bewaren. Op loopafstand van het dorp, de supermarkt, restaurants etc. Eén van de badkamers is recent gerenoveerd, op de foto’s is nog een oude badkamer met bad te zien maar dit is nu een hele mooie nieuwe badkamer. Arthur is een zeer vriendelijke host, hij reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom, we hebben een topweek gehad en hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le gite tenu par Maikel et Britt est magnifique et très bien situé dans un cadre de moyennes montagne (1350 m) situé au pied du Hochkönig dans un cadre bucolique et reposant. Maikel et Britt sont très accueillants et conviviaux, toujours présents pour de bons conseils. le gite est très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Le sauna est fort utile après une bonne ballade. Le village de Mühlbarch am Hochkönig est situé en contre bas à 5 km dans une petite vallée au centre de nombreuses randonnées et aussi une station de ski familiale. Nous recommandons.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

Wir waren 6 Tage im Apartment, es war alles da was man braucht, incl Handtücher und Bademäntel. Das Apartment war sauber und der Ausblick gigantisch. In der Nähe gibt es eine sehr leckere Pizzaria Lärchenhof. Man kann alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels mitnutzen, wie Pools, Sauna, Animation für Kids usw. Semmelservice oder HP/VP wäre auch individuell zubuchbar. Mit der Gästekarte erhält man viele Vergünstigungen. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr schön und kommen definitiv wieder! Unsere Kids wären gerne einfach dort geblieben ;) danke für die tolle Zeit!

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und den Gastgebern! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sauber. Die Umgebung in Mitten der Berge ist wunderschön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen wunderschönen und ebenfalls sehr sauberen Wellness Bereich, welche alles bietet was man möchte. Es gibt einen Naturpool, eine große Sauna und einen Whirlpool. Wir werden wieder kommen und bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit!!

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Wir waren im Januar 2025 in Maria Alm, um Ski zu fahren. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am nördlichen Rand vom Stadtzentrum Maria Alm. Oliver war ein freundlicher Gastgeber, die Wohnung war tipptopp in Ordnung, sauber, geräumig und sehr schön, vor allem mit den nötigsten Dingen, eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Oliver hatte gute Tipps für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Zur Natrunbahn sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. An der Talstation ist ein super modernes Skidepot und man muss die Ski nicht immer hin und her tragen. Alles in allem hervorragend. Danke. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Elfriede. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, alles tipptopp und sauber, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gab auch eine sehr schöne große Terrasse. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, ein Dorfcafé, ein Restaurant am See, in dem man gut essen kann. Alles ist gut erreichbar. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach ein super schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und schöne Grüße. Regina und Stefan

Die beiden Nächte, im Anschluss an unseren Italienurlaub, haben unfassbar viel Ruhe gebracht. Ein absolut entspannter, hilfsbereiter und super lieber Gastgeber, der uns ganz viele Sorgen nehmen konnte und wir zuletzt einfach genießen konnten, sogar der Hund hat sich entspannt, wie noch nie in einer fremden Umgebung :) ganz klar - wir kommen wieder! Von Herzen danke, für die kurze, aber entschleunigende Auszeit!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Der Balkon der Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft schön und hat sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Natur und Berglandschaft

Our stay at Lisa’s farm apartment was absolutely unforgettable. The view from the balcony was unreal — expansive green fields, majestic mountains, and total tranquility. It felt like stepping into a painting every time we looked outside. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for a peaceful escape. It’s clear Lisa has put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home — she left a list of fantastic local recommendations that really helped us experience the area like a local. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the Dolomites. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a truly memorable view, this is it. Die Unterkunft von Birgit und ihrer Familie ist perfekt. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und alles war wieder mit so viel Liebe vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch. Wir kommen gern wieder. 5*****

Le logement est mignon, très agréable, bien équipé avec en sus de quoi occuper par journées pluvieuses (livres, jeux de sociétés...) sans compter les activités disponibles annexes (piscine, sauna, solarium, fitness, salle de jeu pour enfants, table de ping pong). De plus il est idéalement situé au carrefour de villes telles que Munich, Salzbourg et Innsbruck. Oberaudorf à elle seul vaut le détour et d'autant plus que le Tyrol est à portée pour varier les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour détente en Allemagne. Ce fut un petit bout de paradis.

Byl jsem zde ubytovaný s dvouletým synkem, a bylo to skvělé! Navíc byla možnost se koupat ve venkovním bazénu, což v tomto horku bylo velmi příjemné. Pokoj byl krásně čistý a velmi estetický, a terasa poskytovala nádherný výhled. Paní hostitelka byla velmi přívětivá a rychle nám odpovídala na zprávy. Ubytování jsme rezervoval na poslední chvíli, ale ničemu to nevadilo. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme...

Dies war mit Abstand unsere schönste, sauberste und bestausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der wir je waren! Traumhafter Ausblick, wahnsinnig nette Vermieter und eine Gartenanlage die keine Träume offen lässt, machten unseren Kurzurlaub zum absoluten Highlight. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, die Wohnung ist genau richtig was die Größe betrifft. Auch das Schwimmbad war nach langen Wandertagen immer eine Erholung. Vor allem der Blick vom Balkon auf Watzmann und Jenner ist definitiv eine Erwähnung wert. Die Innenstadt war je nachdem wo man hin will auch in 10-20 min fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Auto in 5-10 min erreichbar. Das Gebäude liegt auf einem Hang, man muss also zum Beladen mit dem Auto hoch und es etwas weiter unten parken. Das ging auch problemlos. Kurzum: wirklich empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Im Zentrum von Brixen gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es hat nichts gefehlt und hatte auch nicht unnötig viel Kram rumstehen. Ebenfalls sehr toll war die Kommunikation mit Francesca. Sie hat uns vom Parkplatz abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geführt und hat immer schnell geantwortet.

Gregors place is a wonderful place to stay. It is a working farm so there are horses, chickens, Rabbits etc in the grounds which was lovely to see. The apartment itself was spacious, with 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, shower room, nice kitchen diner and lovely peaceful veranda where we spent half an hour each day listening to the silence. I would thoroughly recommend Gregor and Elizabeths Airbnb !!!

Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Außenbereich wurde mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Es ist alles genau so wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage bei Katrin und Ihrer Familie und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!
