Bordered by the Edward River, just a 10 minute walk from the house, the property also features a large dam popular with birds, frogs, kangaroos and wallaroos. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of an echidna in the bush or a platypus is the river. There is a boat ramp nearby should you wish to fish or explore the river by boat.

The cottage has 2 Bedrooms with Queen bed in each room. Lounge, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The separate Bungalow outside (additional charge) has a Bunk bed and a ensuite. The cottage has aircon and ducted heating and a fireplace. Courtyard at back. Linen & towels provided. Most pets are welcome per request.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.
