We loved our stay at Marya’s place. It was super clean, they provided chairs, balls, boards, cart and bags to take to the beach. The beach was super close and very beautiful! There is a convenient store around the corner and a great breakfast spot. There are other restaurants that are walkable. I recommend staying here!

Great place to stay with clear instructions, plenty to do around the area with plenty of peace as well. Room was nice and had everything we needed!

The apartment is very wonderfully furnished and feels very welcoming. Great renovations - especially the sliding glass doors to the balcony from the bedroom. It provided a great view every morning. Walkable to a nice cozy restaurant, Panderri. Across the street is a nice supermarket, Amigo. The staff in the lobby and the gate are always willing to give great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated right by the beach and in the midpoint to El Yunque and Fajardo (marinas for trips to other islands like Culebra, Vieques, and Icacos). Really loved the apartment and hope to return very soon.

Ralph's place was exactly as described. My Son and I stayed there from Friday to the following Saturday. It was a week of paradise. Being able to wake up and see the beach and hear the roosters was amazing. At night, listening to the coquís was amazing. The home was clean and well lit. His instructions and recommendations were great. I already started looking at his availability to stay at the end of the year. Hopefully, a week or two will open up. I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Ralph, for making our stay a memorable one. I miss it already.

Came here for my birthday week, the place is exactly like the photos. Everything listed in description was true! The view on the balcony was so beautiful along with the fun amenities. Jovanny was also responsive, and attentive! Thank you Jovanny for making my birthday trip to PR the best experience ever! 💗

I try to stay here every time I go to Luquillo. Great location, very clean, hast everything you need, quiet area, and great hostess.

This space was great to stay in for my daughter and I. There was a smaller beach you could walk to that was right down the street. You could also drive towards the kiosks and go to a bigger beach. I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful Airbnb the condo was very clean. The bathrooms were clean a lot of towels available, including beach towels, chairs available as well for the beach. The balcony was extremely beautiful and the view was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended excellent spot. Easy to check in and out, everything we needed to have a great time.

This is such a beautiful apartment placed in the most ideal place in Puerto Rico. Right Infront of the beach - we had so much fun and it was so relaxing to just wake up and walk to the beach. Highly recommend it!

Five Star condo! Gorgeous ocean view, very clean and cute place, comfortable bed, relaxing balcony, excellent and friendly building attendants. The kitchen had all of the appliances you ever need. We made a five-course meal in it! Condo is located in a great area close to the grocery store, local bars, beaches, food and many excursions. The pool was quiet and overly secure lol. I would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandra and John’s place, it had an excellent view of the beach. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed to make a few meal and even the added little extras in the bathrooms were really nice! We used the pool one day and visited the beach right behind the building, both were very convenient and easy to get to. We were able to walk to the little restaurant area and visited a few of the local establishments, highly recommended not only this area of Puerto Rico but also this Airbnb! We are already planning our next trip and this Airbnb is at the top of our list!

Excellent view and good location. Well appointed apartment. Sara and her local property manager were both exceptionally responsive, working together to address a couple hiccups as quickly and effectively as possible. We had a power outage our first night (a regular occurrence here that one must be prepared to accept), and when we went to open a window to get some air in the bedroom, we discovered a dead and very smelly bird in the outer part of the window sill. We alerted Sara about this and her property manager worked diligently to find a handyman (on a Sunday!) to come clean it up for us. We visited El Yunque in the meantime. The handyman was very thorough and then we got power back that evening. But…the outage fried the outdoor compressor for the AC units, so we still had no AC. Since we were only there 2 nights, we just used the oscillating fans that were on hand in the apartment and it was fine for our second night. Sara gave us a small but thoughtful credit for the inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay! It’s just a short walk to the beach, and they even provided beach chairs and a cooler for our outings. The lovely balcony was perfect for enjoying our breakfast in the morning sunshine! I would stay here again.

Robyn, Zach, and Wade were all wonderful hosts. Totally on the ball with check in and check out, very responsive to messages, and as welcoming as could be. The place was what we expected and on par with the quality and price of other accommodations in Luquillo. If you don't mind heights, it was really great to be up on the 14th floor! The breeze was so lovely and the views amazing. The balcony was comfortable all times of the day. The beds were comfortable (even good pillows, which goes a long way for me! :). This place was great for what we needed and we felt like we could ask for anything. I gave the location 4 stars just because I think there are other fun locations in Luquillo too. The towers area is quieter and there's not as much happening - a younger crowd might appreciate staying "downtown". However, it is such a short walk to town that it didn't matter much. Easy walking to town and the surf beach or the other direction to Luquillo beach (a longer walk but nice).

The condo is beautiful. The resort has the best pools and somehow no crowds M-F while we were there in late May-early June. Olga was great at communication and addressing problems. The resort is showing its age and could use some maintenance pumped into it but it is still a beautiful location and the beach is lovely.

Shubin was such a great host. The place is great - clean, spacious, and the deck is really nice. TV and Soundbar speaker were great to have. Great proximity to beach and also to El Yunque for hiking. Good food spots in the area as well

This condo is located in a perfect spot, overlooking the ocean and beautiful infinity pool, the resort is a short walk on the beach for restaurants and swim up bar etc

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a 2 story apartment, spacious and felt comfortable for an extended stay with my family of 5. We’re there during an island wide blackout and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had ac. Very clean and the apartment complex is gated. We were surprised to see snacks and enough food to get us through our first day. We also appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. The area is very nice. Some of the buildings in the neighborhood seemed to have never recovered from the hurricanes. The beach is a block away and is gorgeous and lush. I felt never felt unsafe in this area, and walked the area multiple times alone. There’s a nice bakery nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the wedding at the Wyndham, which made everything so easy. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, and the space felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend!

I loved this Airbnb. I purchased it because it is near all of the activities which include zip lining, Carabalí adventure park, a short drive to Luquillo beach and the boat terminals, and it’s about 35 minutes away from San Juan. It’s also about 20 minutes away from go karts and Walmart. The penthouse itself included a whole lot of amenities that were helpful throughout my trip. They have everything you need for the beach and it’s clean. They have games, cards to tell you how to make mixed drinks and TVs in every bedroom. It also has pots and pans, as well as coffee machines and blenders. In summary, it is extremely convenient and true to the description. I recommend it to anyone driving around PR.
