A lake house with a Lake house tennis court.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green lot for relaxation . You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without getting out of bed or in the evening by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation , a wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a large city . For active people, a tennis court, a soccer field, and a basketball basket ( graphic of use available on site ).

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. Observation deck with garden furniture. - 2nd: 2 rooms, bathroom and exit to the balcony. Beautiful location in forested area at lake. The access to a private pier is restricted due the damages caused by flooding. Nevertheless, along the lakeshore there are beaches / trails with great view.
