A very atmospheric, cozy and at the same time spacious year-round house with a fireplace, located in a great place, right on the beach on Lake Sniardwy. House with an area of about 150 m2. Upstairs there are four sleeping areas and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious kitchen with dining room, utility room, living room and another bathroom with shower. Surrounded by a large garden with several parking spaces. Barbecue and bonfire area. There are two terraces at guests' disposal.

Perfect View - the best view in Iława | garage |

Perfect View is one of the best views in Masuria that you can have to yourself for a weekend or longer. Insane sunsets, terrace therapy, sails catching at your fingertips, 17 seconds walk to the shore - all inclusive in the best sense of the word:-) And the photos do not reflect the reality anyway... Feel free to enjoy an enchanting holiday home by the woods. There is a 200m path to the lake. There is a large jetty by the water. In the middle of the cottage, there is a fireplace, four bedrooms, air conditioning, and everything you need to relax. Sauna and hot tub all to yourselves. Fresh linens and towels are always waiting for you. In the area, peace and quiet - the property is fenced, nice pets. There is a fire pit and barbecue on the property.
