Holiday rentals with a patio in Maspalomas

Very nice and clean bungalow, have everything you need to stay for long vacation. Renata is one of the best host i ever met. She was very helpful ,had prepared welcome snacks , we had food in frige to make very rich breakfast in the next day ! Thank you for everything i will come back next year

Great outdoor area with 5 pools. Plenty of sun beds. Outdoor and public areas very well maintained. Local Supermarkets and buses all convenient. Loads of restaurants in the area. Enjoyed a very relaxed stay. 😎

Great location! Walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. Great view of the sunset too! Just a small tip for future guests—if you prefer thicker or more supportive pillows, you might want to bring your own, as the ones provided are on the thinner side.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Great location, walking distance to town centre and beach so it’s perfect. Apartment is clean and has everything. Great having a shop on the grounds.

We had a wonderful stay there. House, garden and pool are excellent. The surrounding area is not very attractive, so a car is essential. Distances to beautiful beaches and lively areas are pretty short then.

It’s a beautiful little apartment! The balcony view looking out over hundreds of palm trees stood out. And even though it’s located in such a busy touristy area it was not noisy! The apartment is beautifully furnished and we felt at home. We had everything we needed. We also appreciated the communication with the helpful and very friendly hosts.

It was our second stay and we brought two of our children with us this time, as before it was perfect, great clean and tidy home to stay in with all amenities. The pool and surrounding areas were very clean and beautiful plants and trees. Perfect

Francesca has been a wonderful host! Always attentive and very willing to explain everything and help us with whatever we needed. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos and was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. We appreciate the amount of details thought to make the holidays perfect: it has all the necessary amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner... and also leaves useful products such as soap, coffee or towels for the pool. The house was fantastic, it was really modern, clean and had so many amenities. It had lots of different areas for people to spend time and the pool was great. We really liked the area in a quiet residential street but close to lots of great beaches by car. The only thing I would say is that it probably wouldn’t be my first choice if I had children under 3 as the staircase has some big gaps and all of the bedrooms other than the master face into a courtyard with external type sliding doors, a nice format for adults but not doors that a child could easily open. But a really fantastic house for anyone older than that!

We loved staying here. Our friends were just across the path from us in the same Bungalows so worked well for us both. Host was very quick at responding. A small suggestion , the toaster only toasted one side so our beans on toast for breakfast took ages 😂 however we did not mention this to Adama as it was it wasn’t anything that affected our holiday. A short walk to Yumbo, but be prepared for the hill up to it. We enjoyed the walk but it may be worth getting a taxi for just a few euros. Would stay again 👍🏻

The check in was super friendly, the apartment looked like the pictures. The equipment was extensive and of high quality. We enjoyed spending so much time in the garden.

Brilliant apartment. Spotlessly clean & everything you need for a week away. Perfect for two couples. The terrace was fantastic, we spent most of our time up there. The communal pool was spotless and really quiet, the only time we saw people there was on the weekend. We really appreciated Martiza’s quick & clear communication, answering any questions we had promptly. Lovely location - really quiet and had everything you needed in walking distance. I recommend El Mocan by Relax which is a 2 minute walk away and did one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Thanks again for a fabulous stay!!

We had the pleasure to stay for 8 nights. You can find everything that you need, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, plates, hair dryer, iron etc The terrace its lovely and its a big plus because we spent most of our time there. Tony was great, he was very prompt every time we needed something. We recommend it 100% and we will definitely come back again!

Very nice apartment with great terraces and beautiful views. Everything was as in the pictures, very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything we needed was there, especially the grill, which we liked very much. Antonio was always available, gave us many tips for activities and the check-in was very easy. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

Fantastic, stylish house which is very open air, great for the warm weather. pool was large enough for a few people to cool down. lots of areas for entertaining and lounging outside with great views of the town and sea. local cafes and restaurants all just a minute walk away. Tip. we parked outside the steps to unload bags then drove to the carpark. (3 mins walk)

Nice little apartment, which is totally sufficient for two people. We lacked nothing, as everything was available. The location and surroundings are totally quiet. It is 10 minutes by car to Maspalomas Beach or Playa de Ingles. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely visit again!

This accommodation is definitely perfect for a great vacation in GC. It is very well equipped and the location is central. The hosts are up for everything you need. I recommend it 100%.

We've had a great week at this place. As seen in the photos, like many amenities in the area and close to the beach. Communication with Elvira has always been good and smooth. We are very happy to have stayed in this apartment, we would repeat without hesitation.

Ideal! Fantastic stay! The apartment is very mono and for two people it has everything, on the TV you have to watch movies and everything is clean. Also the pool is great and they have mats and pool towel. For taking a pega nos missed that there was an extractor hood and the pillows for us were uncomfortable but that goes to the person's liking. Location is fine You have a bar or restaurant nearby and the Aldi is less than 5mins away. It is away from the beach and the center but you have a parking space and with a car you arrive in 5mins. And the communication with Sacha and the girl who received us was great. We would definitely repeat.

Everything was great! Manoj welcomed us very kindly and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning, he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

Lovely apartment, local restaurants and a spa for groceries, all walking distance. Swimming pools were lovely and quiet, we had a very relaxing break.

Lovely place to wake up every morning, with bird song! Lush green surroundings in the gated community. Pools that were never busy whilst we were there. Restaurants and shops near by. Good bus route the 73 stops right outside the gates, and goes to the beach and up to Tabley shopping mall. If you don’t have a car. And only €5 in a taxi if you don’t want to walk or wait for the bus. Very clean property with plenty of space for the 2 of us. Massimo very quick to respond and helpful, I picked up the wrong travel plug and he was quick to advise where I could get a new one. Thanks for a lovely stay. We are missing the sunshine already!
