Great hiking area and located at one of the entrances to Stølsheimen. The house is located a stone's throw from the light trail in winter, and therefore fits perfectly in winter as well. Short distance by car and 500 m from E39. No need for your own car!

One and a half hour drive from Bergen Airport and only 20 minutes drive to the Oppedal ferry that will take you across the Sognefjord. Mellom skogen og fjorden finner du hytten "Stokkely" i Stokkevika rett før Modalen. Her kan man fiske, bade, grille eller rett og slett bare slappe av. Tomten er på 6 mål med parkering rett ovenfor. Merk at det inntil den nye veien ned til hytten er klar er masse trapper gjennom skogen. Det er totalt 80 trappetrinn. Vannet i hytten kommer fra en nærliggende elv og bør kokes. Fjellski, walk in prepared ski slope, marked hiking trails, berry picking and fishing in water (research need for fishing license). Stordalen Fjellstove is close and serves good food. In winter, the ski slope is open.
