Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Masfjorden Municipality

Paul and Yesenia’s place is a fantastic find and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is breathtaking and the home is luxurious and comfortable. It is a three story, beautiful home directly on the water with a wonderful kitchen (very well stocked!) spacious living room, four bedrooms, three clean bathrooms and laundry with kayaks and a boat on a beautiful inlet. The hosts are responsive and kind. We would be happy to stay there again.

Nous avons adoré cette maison, décorée avec goût dans un style nordique et dotée d' une terrasse magnifique surplombant le fjord de Modalen, le logement est incroyable. L'un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu lors de notre road trip. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Katrine und Jesper created a very nice retreat in a great sunny spot directly on the waterfront of a calm bay with a lot of fish. The kitchen is well fittet out. The livingroom is cosy and has a nice fireplace. the house overall appears a bit larger on the pics as it accually is, but it is very spacious. Jesper is always answering friendly and reasonably quick via SMS to all questions. Overall we can highly reccomend this accommodation. We were there at the end of September beginning of October. That's why we would reccomend too talk to the hosts about the boat. right around that time the bigger boat is being slipped for winterbrake. That's why we were only able to use a small boat. With a length of 4,3 meter and a 10hp engine it is not suitable for longer distances. The Mercury Engine which we called Mercy, is a bit moody. After the second day we had to spend quite a few minutes in the mornings, to get her motivated. The house needs a bit of maintenance outside, but is great inside.

We enjoyed our stay at Ingunn’s place. She met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was an easy walk into down. We even walked to the Bordalsgjelet gorge one day through the lovely park right by the water. Thank you, Ingunn, for a wonderful stay!

We appreciate all the details Julia put in to make her apartment so comfortable, like electric outlet adapter for foreigners, microwave oven, quality appliances. The bathroom is large with a good shower and a sitting bench. Dedicated parking near the front door. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Quick & easy communication. Good value. Highly recommend.

Bard's place is an excellent choice for us. Good location and even a great idea driving around to neighboring places. Private, quiet place and clean. The sauna is my plus favorite. Bard has complete amenities in the apartment. I highly recommend.

Everything was just as described, everything went well! The drive up to the house is a little adventure (but absolutely manageable, even with big cars) and really beautiful!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Hilde. Die Lage direkt am Fjord ist sehr schön. Das Haus war für uns mit 10 Personen absolut ausreichend groß. Alles war sehr sauber und schön. Das Boot, das zusätzlich gemietet werden kann, ist einfach aber in sehr gutem Zustand und hat einen 20 PS-Motor. Als Angler kann ich sagen: Der Fjord ist ein absolut hervorragendes Gewässer für Makrele und Seelachs. Hilde hat uns zusätzlich tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Danke!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Hütte mit eigenem Fasserfall 😄in der Nähe von Fjord. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Noch mal Danke für alles! Wir hoffen, dass wir es schaffen noch mal hinzukommen.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i det veldig koselige hjemmet . Utrolig vakre omgivelser som vi ikke fikk nok av. Stort fint hus med alt du trenger for et flott opphold. Vi booker gjerne om igjen ☺️

Vi må rette en stor takk til Mona og Svein Olav for et fantastisk opphold i hytten deres. Her ble vi tatt i mot med åpne armer og meget god service! Svarer rakst på melding, ga gode instrukser og hjalp oss under oppholdet om det var noe. Vi bodde her i over 1 mnd mens vi ryddet kysten for plast og har sjeldent vært så fornøyd med et opphold som dette! Tusen tusen takk for gjestfriheten! Très jolie maison bien située (à 45mn de Bergen) ,très spacieuse et décorée avec goût, vue incroyable sur les lacs depuis le salon et la terrasse. Très belle terrasse en hauteur avec jaccuzzi et véranda fermée en cas de mauvais temps. Très bonne communication avec Kaj et Nathalie etprocedure d'arrivée très simple.Eten prime un adorable petit chat très câlin.
