Waterfront holiday rentals in Marzamemi

Casabedda ist ein Traum. Perfekt ausgestattet, direkt am Wasser, zum Strand von Marina die Ragusa läuft man 25 min immer am Wasser entlang und durch den sehr hübschen Yachthafen. Ein Auto kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft parken,das braucht man auch zum Einkaufen und um noch andere Orte zu besuchen, z. B. Ragusa Altstadt (ca. 30min) oder Syracusa (ca. 90 min). Bis nach Catania braucht man auch mindestens. 90 min. Gianni ist der perfekte Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar, spricht sehr gut Englisch und kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Seine Unterkunft ist der ideale Ort um mal für ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen und Zeit am Meer zu verbringen.

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Awesome place in the heart of Ortigia. Great location to walk the town and explore, close enough to the Siracusa train station as well. Salvatore was so kind and gave us a bunch of recommendations at check in. Loved our time there.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt, haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge bekommen und haben die Ruhe und das herrliche Meer vor der Türe genossen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt ohne uns zu langweilen, man kann hier sehr gut entspannen, Robin war ein aufmerksamer und entspannter Gastgeber, Danke für alles und Grüße an die Hunde, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, mitten in Ortigia, dennoch sehr ruhig, am Meer und eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ottima posizione, bellissimo terrazzo dove fare colazione vista mare. Casa super pulita e curata. Tutto perfetto, forse solo il palazzo e l’androne del complesso un po’ datati e vecchiotti esternamente.

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

★★★★★ Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren super, super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt – wirklich von Anfang bis Ende alles top! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben (wenn nicht sogar besser), sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man hat sich sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls man Fragen hatte – man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz und Verstand gearbeitet wird. Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Alles war einfach unkompliziert, angenehm und völlig stressfrei. Kurz gesagt: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Fünf Sterne reichen eigentlich gar nicht aus!

Ho sempre sognato di poter abitare in riva al mare e il sogno è diventato realtà....Le indicazioni stradali sono perfette,i proprietari super disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni sulla casa e come gestire i rifiuti , dove poter andare a mangiare e fare la spesa. La casa è una bomboniera, per una coppia è perfetta,pulita e profumata , biancheria ottima,cucina abitabile e fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici, lavatrice compresa nel bagno. Aria condizionata,in poco tempo si rinfresca tutto, prese USB in tutti gli ambienti, utilissimo se dimentichi il caricabatterie del telefono, sensore di presenza gas. In giardino abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il gazebo per colazioni e cene al tramonto,se vuoi prendere il sole senza muoverti di casa, in giardino ci sono delle comode poltroncine, doccia e ombrellone. Il giardino è molto carino e curato, è un piacere stare seduti ad ascoltare il mare.Parcheggio auto riservato e accessibile dalla casa, pannelli solari per l'acqua calda. VOTO 10

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

Esperienza super positiva. I genitori di Federico, che mi hanno accolta, sono persone deliziose, disponibili ed amichevoli. Contenta di aver fatto la loro conoscenza. L'appartamento ha risposto completamente alle mie esigenze, si a in ordine di spazio, pulizia e locazione. Mi sono sempre mossa a piedi e la posizione mi ha permesso facile accesso al mare, al centro del paese, ai negozi e alle fermate dei bus. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Beau séjour dans la villa coco belle plage à 50 mètres , parfait pour les enfants. À 10 min en voiture de Marzamemi pour une balade en soirée et restaurants. Calme, nécessité une voiture pour se déplacer et faire courses. Belle maison, bien équipée 👍 Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil

Alessandra and her husband met us at check-in. We got in late 10:00 pm, they saved us from a very long journey with food! They are so accommodating and thoughtful 💕 The house is everything you could ask for. We utilized all 3 outside areas everyday. The front for breakfast and sunrise, the back for the grill, which we used alot, and the fabulous rooftop for dinner and cocktails. The private neighborhood is filled with gorgeous homes/villas. We drove everywhere from up north, to down south, even to Palermo, all about 2-2 1/2 hours from the house. Evenings are quiet, only the sounds of the 🌊 sea. We will definitely be back. Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Marcella. Die Lage ist grossartig, um Ortigia zu Fuss zu erkundigen. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Marcella war unkompliziert, freundlich und herzlich. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui s’est avéré à la fois fonctionnel et simple, tout en répondant parfaitement à nos besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence d'un parasol pour la plage, un petit plus qui s'est révélé très pratique. De plus, la localisation de l'appartement est idéale, offrant un accès facile à tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience plus fluide. Cependant, il est important de noter que les nuits peuvent être assez bruyantes, ce qui a légèrement perturbé notre repos. Cela dit, nous gardons un souvenir positif de notre séjour et nous remercions Aurore notre hôte pour son accueil.

I loved this apartment! it is in a superb location, a block from the ocean and walkable to every site, every store and every restaurant. it was cozy and it was quiet. I would come back here again in an instant! Maria and her partner were very friendly, interested in ensuring I had a great stay, and very accommodating when I asked if I could leave my luggage a bit longer beyond checkout. She couldn't have been kinder in agreeing to this and she even offered to drive me to meet friends rather than have me pull my luggage through the streets. She went above and beyond! Given the spotlessness of the apartment, the amenities, the recommendations, and its proximity to all, this is an absolute gem!!

We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay. Close to all of the wonderful places Ortigia has to offer, the apartment is a beautiful, light-filled space. As soon as we arrived we felt instantly relaxed. Lucia is very generous with her knowledge of the area and her thoughtful suggestions and recommendations made our holiday very special. We are already thinking about returning.

Amazing location and incredible hosts. They picked us up from outside Ortigia as the location is in the limited traffic zone which means you’re unable to take your car in. Despite not speaking a lot of English, the host communicated everything we’d need via messages and offered a ton of recommendations for things to see and places to eat. They were incredibly generous and kind leaving us with a stocked fridge, welcome wine and offered extended checkout. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting Ortigia

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.
