Villa holiday rentals in Martina Franca

Absolutely stunning place, even better than the photos. The villa was very clean and modern and had everything we needed, lovely kitchen and living area. The main event was the outside space - huge swimming pool with tiered steps leading in, perfect for our 3 year old. Large enough to do a proper swim. Lovely decked area where we would sit and drink our tea in the morning, large table and chairs where we would eat dinner. Massive garden and everything looked beautiful, we loved the purple flower wall where we would watch the bees and butterflies (and spotted some hummingbird moths which were pretty cool). Stefano was the perfect host, staying in touch when our flight was late and providing lots of info about the area. He was always at the end of a message if we needed something. He saved us on the night we arrived as he had kindly left a bottle of prosecco which went down a treat. Lots of places within easy driving distance - we loved Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Alberobello.

Our stay was lovely! Maria and Sara were so helpful and went above and beyond. A great experience.

The day of arrival whe had some delay with the flight and the rental car, but the communication went smooth and they were flexible with our time of arrival at the place. They took their time to show everything and explain how the lights worked on the different places. The days we spent here were just some of the best on our holiday. Some days were warm, the water in the pool was a bit cold, but that didn’t stopped our children from playing in it. So this is place is also child friendly, our kids (2 & 5) had a great time here. This is a big recommendation for people who want some time away from everything busy. I like to call this a little place in paradise.

We really loved our stay, the outside space is incredible. Pool area is amazing and the views from everywhere overlooking the landscapes and sea is 10/10. Some small areas of improvement required which has been shared with the host.

Wow—this is a true Italian villa, like something out of a movie! We stayed with both our parents and our 4-year-old and had plenty of space. The home is grand, with two kitchens and even an outdoor shower. Best of all, it’s just steps from the beach—an unbeatable location! That said, expect to hear early beachgoers and some foot traffic near the property in the morning. The private gate is helpful, but access can be tight if neighbors block the entrance (especially with a larger vehicle). We did deal with ants throughout our stay and vacuumed daily, but it didn’t ruin the experience. The charm and location of this villa far outweighed any minor inconveniences. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this place for a family stay in Monopoli!

We had a lovely stay at this great holiday home in Puglia. Airconditioning, pool, barbecue, kitchen utilities: you name it, they have it. The crew of Vacanze In Puglia reply swiftly on any questions and remarks, and proactively provide tips about local events on the days you are there. Besides that the house is wonderfully decorated and beautifully lit at night. Would definitely recommend.

Het huis en de trulli's waren gewoonweg fantastisch. Mooi, tot in de puntjes verzorgd en een zeer rustige locatie. De buitenkeuken maakt het zeker in de zomerperiode de moeite waard! Het zwembad met buitendouche is ideaal voor een afkoelende duik. Het enige wat we konden vaststellen is dat het aantal koffietassen mag bijgevuld worden, maar dat is zeker niet onoverkomelijk :). We zijn bij aankomst goed ontvangen, met de nodige uitleg en het was makkelijk om af te spreken. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis en hebben dan ook een heel fijne tijd gehad, een aanrader!

We have just returned from our holiday and what a fantastic stay it was. Annalisa and her husband have a fantastic place, with beautiful surroundings, a pool and football pitch. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again !

Our host Angelo was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He suggested local stores and restaurants and we enjoyed them immensely. We look forward to returning to Puglia next year.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Masseria war einfach toll! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Masseria selbst ist ein echtes Juwel – wunderschön restauriert, mit liebevollen Details und einem unglaublichen Charme. Die Lage ist traumhaft: Umgeben von Olivenhainen und weitläufiger Natur, konnten wir herrlich abschalten und die Ruhe genießen. Gleichzeitig ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheiten der Region zu entdecken. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit wertvollen Insider-Tipps zu den besten Restaurants, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir können die Masseria jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, der eine authentische und erholsame Zeit in Apulien erleben möchte. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir kommen wieder :)

We hebben met tien personen een week in de villa van Martino mogen vertoeven. Wij als opa en oma, samen met onze twee kinderen en vier kleinkinderen. We hebben werkelijk een fantastische vakantie gehad. De villa en de naastgelegen trullo zijn in werkelijkheid net zo mooi en comfortabel als op de foto's. De geweldige serre, zowel geschikt om te eten, als voor alle andere gezamenlijke activiteiten, de enorme buitenruimten met prachtige mediterrane bomen en de twee zwembaden, waarvan 1 verwarmd, overtroffen de verwachtingen. Er is ruimte te over om je af en toe terug te trekken of rustig een boek te lezen. Villa en terreinen zijn in alle opzichten "enorm". De locatie is perfect voor een bezoek aan de vele karakteristieke dorpen en steden van Puglia. Martino en zijn vrouw waren ontzettend sympathiek en gastvrij. Op een van de warme dagen kwamen zij zelfs langs met heerlijke Italiaanse ijsjes, als kosteloze verrassing. Samengevat: Tutto perfetto!!!

Paul’s home is absolutely fabulous! So much space, clean, and beautifully landscaped. Domenico, the caregiver, was awesome as well. Only suggestion is to be very specific with who you intend to have visit or stay at the house ahead of time.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sara's beautiful Villa. It was perfect for our family and was exactly as shown in the photographs and in the description. The grandkids particularly enjoyed the pool which we had heated for the week. Facilities in the house were great. BBQ and outdoor kitchen area were very useful and enjoyable. Easy access to Ostuni with its many restaurants. The location allowed easy access to all the main routes around Ostuni to enable us to readily explore towns and beaches in Puglia. We would happily go back again in the future.

This was a truly outstanding place, beautifully designed with a layout that accommodates a number of families - 3 in our case. The pool and outdoor spaces are lovely, set in about six acres of gardens and olive groves well away from the main road, so nice and quiet. Robert, Francesca and Nina could not have been more helpful - they were always quick to respond to any requests we had, such as where to find the best markets or beaches; in fact meeting them was one of the pleasures of the holiday. There are plenty of interesting towns and villages to visit nearby and it's less than half an hour to good beaches. Finally, both the outdoor dining terraces are great and we used them a lot. Thank you Robert for a wonderful holiday.

The place was exactly as described. Beautiful property, great outdoor area and quiet surrounding. Close to quite a few key places so good central spot. Filippo and Maria were excellent with their communications and very friendly

La villa Acres Itria es un tesoro escondido en medio del corazón de la Puglia. Con un paisaje en altura que permite apreciar a la distancia la histórica ciudad de Locorotondo y alrededores, la casa ofrece cuatro comodísimas habitaciones, con baño independiente y buen espacio e independencia. Además de una cocina comedor, salas de estar interiores y exteriores todas decoradas con exquisito estilo Pugliense, mantas de hilo y colores cálidos. La casa está bien equipada y cuenta además con una piscina amplia y rodeada de un espacio de descanso donde se puede apreciar el atardecer y el cuidado jardin con cesped, lavandas y especies locales. John y Natascia excelentes anfitriones, atentos en todo momento a las necesidades y especialmente preocupados de cualquier requerimiento que surja. Nuestra familia tuvo una experiencia inolvidable en este encantador lugar que recomendamos a nuevos visitantes.

Wij verbleven met 11 vrouwen in Casolare Treggi , en het was geweldig ! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Vincenzo die ons alles vertelde over het prachtige huis en de omgeving. Het huis heeft 7 slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamer, waaronder ook 2 Trulli's , een grote woonkamer, en een heerlijk grote veranda waar je aan de grote tafel kunt eten met elkaar. De tuin en het zwembad overtreft alle verwachtingen, wat een rust en wat een ruimte ! Vincenzo regelde voor ons ook een kookworkshop, waar we zelf pasta maakte en daarna met elkaar aten, hoe Italiaans wil je het hebben 😀 Het is een prima uitvalbasis om de omgeving van Ostuni te verkennen, en daarna te genieten van het prachtige huis. Wij kijken terug op een heerlijk verblijf, en kunnen het iedereen aanraden

We had the most delightful time. Rosa Anna was extremely responsive and she also provided exceptional service. We would love to return for a longer period of time next time. We would highly recommend her home.

Un’accogliente casa immersa tra gli ulivi, come nelle foto. Un pergolato dove godersi delle cene in compagnia. L’host è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per esperienze. Assolutamente consigliato

We were two couples and spent a week in one of the two villas. It was simply wonderful and perfect. The beautiful interior of the house and the fantastic parklike garden with a wonderful pool, the outdoor kitchen and the huge olive-garden make it impossible not to have a fantastic stay in Puglia. We arrived at Stefania’s villa late in the evening, we received all the instructions about the keys,road and etc..Stefania is a wonderful owner,very comfortable. She provided us all the answers for our questions, recommendations to the sight-seeing, restaurants,fruits shops…Her mama is an amazing person, gave us fresh fruits. I can say only one thing-if you on car, don’t think, choose this wonderful villa and it would be unforgettable time!

Could not recommend Ara’s beautiful villa enough. Ara goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is super responsive to any of your wants/needs. The villa itself was a little paradise in the Apulian countryside however super accessible for all the beautiful beaches and local towns of Ostuni/Ceglie. We went as a group of 6 adults and 2 children and was the perfect setting for privacy and group activities. If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway with a 5 star owner then don’t hesitate to book!
