Absolutely amazing apartment in a great location to explore Zilina and the surrounding areas. The apartment is stunningly furnished with ample space for the three of us. The cafe in the park opposite is great, with drinks served all day too next to a kids playground.

We're happy, we'll be sure to come back again.

Beautiful accommodation on the outskirts of the village with a fireplace, hot tub, sauna and playground, what more can the family wish for :) in the area, very possible for walks, groceries 10 minutes from the accommodation, we will be happy to come back again. Thank you

We had a very nice family vacation at Ivana's. We have recovered very well. The area is very beautiful, you can explore it well on foot or by bike. The house is very well furnished, everything you need is there. It is also very nice for families with children. Everything you need for traveling with children is available, as well as plenty of play opportunities in the garden. Ivana was very helpful and helped us at every opportunity. We can recommend it without reservation and will gladly come back.

We had very relaxed days in great surroundings. The house is quietly located and equipped with everything you need with 3 children; the garden is wonderful for playing for the children. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed two nights. The accommodation provided everything needed. The space was large , it provided privacy . The beds were great to sleep on. We had no reservations .

House is situated in quiet street in the village, everything looks just like in the pictures - it's cosy, peaceful and clean. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We had a really nice time and its visible lot of hard work and love went into the house. Vladimír and Evka are nice, fast to respond and recommended some activities to do and we got complimentary tea from herb garden, which is a nice added bonus. Based on the listing, we did not notice outside tub is extra cost so we didnt request it beforehand, but Vladimír filled it up for us the first day. And paying extra is worth it if you get a clean water for each guests. There is a small grocery store that satisfies basic needs ~2minutes from house. Thank you again, we will be recommending this accommodation for sure :)

The apartment was clean, well equipped and close to everything needed. Peter was a great host who was there to answer all question and greet us on arrival.

A modern and comfortable apartment, equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a comfortable, sunny balcony. Very nice location, the village is distinguished by elegant buildings and a nice park.

The apartment is very comfortable for a 2+2 family, it will work freely for 2+3 or even 2+4. Very nicely decorated apartment with many amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, spacious glass balcony). I think the only thing missing is a microwave. Parking spots all the way around. The host is very kind, she speaks great English, but of course you can try Polish-Slovak. In general, a great place! The biggest drawback is the same city - Martin is definitely not a tourist city. Yes, you can eat or shop, but the attractions in the city are very limited. Actually a bit of monuments and museums, rope park, promenade. However, you can have a car in a reasonable time - 20-60 minutes - to get to Zilina (there is now a road renovation and is more difficult), a small and big fatra, and several castles (we recommend). As a base, it's great. And the price compensates for the need for longer routes by car.

Viera was a kind host. She was always available when we needed something during our 2-night stay. She helped us warm up the sauna and also cooked a delicious dinner for us. The apartment was very quiet and warm (several heaters). Patrik who communicated with me before arrival gave us many helpful tips, such as where to rent ski equipment. At the guesthouse restaurant, it is not possible to pay by card (at least when we were there in March), so it's better to have some cash (bank transfer is also possible). We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to our next visit! Note: if you're coming by public transport: the guesthouse is about a 30-minute leisurely walk from the bus stop. There are (affordable) taxis in the parking lot nearby the bus stop.

Absolutely great li'l apartment in an amazing hiking area. Plenty if space to part if someone arrives by car, grocery store is within a few minutes of walking, stable and fast wifi connection for those on a limited data plan. I'd recommend the area and this apartment for any backpackers hiking through the area.

The apartment is very cozy, nice and comfortable, and very equipped, nothing is missing. The setting is idyllic. It was a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay and would book the apartment again at any time. The surroundings are very beautiful and above all very quiet.
