Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Martha Lake

Our daughter was having a 50th anniversary party for us so we rented the house for family members that were flying in from out of state. We all totally fell in love with the place and everyone said they want to come back to this house for various reasons. Such a comfortable home with so much room to spread out and ocean view to die for. Comfortable beds and huge kitchen perfect for entertaining.

Gabe and Raluca are excellent hosts, and their home is gorgeous. We booked it for a small elopement ceremony and it was absolutely perfect. The backyard is immaculate and the furnishings throughout the home are beautiful. The space is very thoughtfully laid out, and they have wonderful amenities available. Small touches we really appreciated included the huge selection of bagged and loose-leaf teas, as well as the mini-bar in the kitchenette, which was pre-stocked with soft-drinks and chilled bottles of water. They have bluetooth speakers for guest use throughout the home, vintage handheld video-game systems, and even complimentary perfume and cologne, which we had a lot of fun with. This was our favorite airbnb we have ever stayed in, and we would absolutely recommend it for anyone who is looking for somewhere to host small gatherings or just escape the city for the weekend.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb during our family trip. It was conveniently located 20-30 minutes from downtown Seattle, perfect for trips to Vancouver and Portland. The home was clean, matched the description, and offered plenty of fresh towels. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were comfy, though pillows were a bit firm for my taste. Our host was responsive and even handled the garbage for us. Perfect for our group of 10, including kids who loved the provided toys. Highly recommend!

Rachel was responsive, very friendly and proactive. The house was very nice and spacious like described. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The house had everything we needed. Extra bath towels, blankets, etc... Bathrooms and kitchen were well cleaned. Everyone loved this place. We highly recommend this place and would book again if we are ever back in this area.

We really enjoyed David’s house, which was clean, uncluttered, comfortable and beautiful, with beautiful views. David was very responsive with messages, and helpful with information about what might be happening in the area, and gave great suggestions for restaurants. Our vacation was even better than we’d planned because of David’s knowledgeable tips.

Amazing home to stay at! It’s close proximity to numerous wedding venues in the area is why we chose it! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay traveling to the local area.

A Bird’s Nest was the perfect little getaway for my partner and me. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy. We loved relaxing in the peaceful backyard, and the town nearby had plenty of great spots for food and coffee. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

Extremely amazing place for a cheap getaway outside of Seattle. You could fit four people but is an excellent location for couples. I hope to return!

Julie's place was absolutely perfect! It had every amenity you could need, was super cute, wonderful neighborhood with a great park. Julie was also great with communication. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The one thing i would note is that if you're like me and have sensory issues the noise from the tv upstairs might bother you. (I did not say anything about this to Julie because i know it's a me issue) if i ever come back that way which hopefully i will i would love to stay again. Everything was wonderful and you created the perfect home away from home. Every night we actually felt like we were going "home" thanks again for your hospitality!!

This place is super cute and a great size for staying a few nights. I loved how the studio was decorated. It was super thoughtful of the host to include lots of local recommendations and fun books about the area. Loved it!

This place was perfect! Lanis was very responsive, even when she was in the middle of the ocean. The place fit our needs perfectly. Very comfortable, clean and felt like home. Surprisingly quiet end unit. Within walking distance to great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

The place is charming and cozy. We had a great time, and it was perfect for three people. We could really relax and feel at home after a long day out. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay. So sad we didn’t get to enjoy the area itself as all of our plans are in downtown.

Check in was seamless and we really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants in town. The place was very cozy and perfect for my husband and I. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. We will return to Tonia’s next time we are in Bainbridge!

The property location is great for Redmond downtown. Really convenient access to public transportation. Alexis is a great host giving good instructions about how to access the property. The place could be upgraded, specially the bathroom which is old. Furniture is ok

Best place to stay if you’re visiting Seattle! Location is super convenient being next to the station and there are so many walkable restaurants and a market nearby. The place itself was clean, quiet mostly (until the unit above us became occupied), and there was basically anything you could need when traveling.

Clean Airbnb in a very safe and walkable area, close to bus stops for easy access to downtown Seattle. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Fremont and experience all the area has to offer!

Jing was a great host! She was able to accompdate us for early check in! Could not have asked for a better host! The space was clean and tidy, had wifi, and had a killer view of the Space Needle. There was also a washer/dryer and a portable AC unit. Complimentary Hi Chew and water was also a nice touch. The only other accomodation we could have wanted was place to hang out clothes. Not a big deal, but just a convenience. The place was about a 5 min walk to the Space Needle/Chihuly and a 15-20 min walk to Pike's. Having a parking space was key in the city. The parking space was tight and small, but was in a remote accessed garage and felt secure. Had a great time and stay in Seattle. We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!
