Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Martel

Caroline und Gilles sind sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber, die bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle waren. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine wirklich außergewöhnliche, sehr große Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer (früher die Bahnhofshalle) ähnelt einem Museum, Caroline und Gilles haben alte Bahnhofsutensilien und Bilder gesammelt und dort ausgestellt. Haus und Garten sind liebevoll restauriert und gestaltet, die beiden haben viel Arbeit (und Geld) investiert, um aus dem alten Bahnhof eine wundervolle Unterkunft zu machen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Zentrum von Le Bugue ist ca 1 km entfert, über den schönen Fahrradweg "voie verte" sind es 4 km. Wir haben die Radtouren und unsere Unterkunft sehr genossen. Ich habe mich auch über den persönlichen Kontakt und einen kleinen "Plausch" am Abend gefreut, so konnte ich mal wieder die "eingerosteten" Französisch-Kenntnisse anwenden. Vielen Dank für alles!

I loved my stay here and wish I could’ve stayed longer! The apartment is located right in the downtown and very walkable. The place was spotless when I arrived. I would recommend.

Appartamento grande e confortevole, come da foto. Dotato di aria condizionata (anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito, cucina attrezzata. A un passo da centro storico, comodo parcheggio. Host disponibile. Da rivedere gli spazi comuni (ingresso al piano strada e scale). Nel complesso ottima soluzione.

Dans le secteur piéton, mais calme, refais à neuf, bien agencé, deco sympa, le studio de Jeremy permet de profiter de la vie en centre ville de Brive, tout peut se faire à pied. Bon rapport qualité prix

Die Wohnung ist perfekt um die Altstadt von Sarlat zu erkunden, in 3 Minuten ist man direkt am Marktplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Auto vor dem Haus entladen und dann direkt zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz fahren. Hinweis für Eltern: Zeigt euren Kindern vorher wie das Innenschloss der Toilettentür funktioniert- unser 8 jähriger Sohn hatte sich eingesperrt und es hat ein bisschen gedauert bis er sich befreit hat. Wenn man weiß wie das Schloss funktioniert ist es sehr einfach und absolut auch für kleine Kinder geeignet :-) Die Wohnung ist toll für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern.

From the moment we arrived it felt like home away from home, great location in the heart of Serlat, perfect for two couples, plenty of room, any questions asked where answered straight away, we were even able to stay an extra night which was great. Only one critic ! The bathroom with bath would be good if we could gang the shower head up ? That is my only critic, as the bath is amazing 🙂

A fantastic location right near the cathedral with tons of character. Great instructions and support accessing the place given its location. Note that the parking is a little challenging and would not be a place for someone with mobility issues. We loved it though!

We were a group of 6 and had a fantastic time in Rachel's house in Thédirac. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare meals, there were lots of lovely outdoor places to sit and eat, the garden was beautiful and well maintained (and a great source of herbs for cooking), and it was a real treat to walk to the bakery each morning for fresh bread and croissants. It was about 30-60 mins drive from the main attractions, which was fine for half-day or day trips. Couldn't have asked for more.

Une belle surprise bien mieux que sur les photos , cette jolie maison en pierre en pleine nature est joliment décoré , alliant mobilier haut de gamme , modernité et le charme de cette vielle maison périgourdine. L’espace piscine est magnifique et très confortable nous avons profité en famille de ces quelques jours en famille

Nous étions 2 familles de 4 personnes pour ce séjour chez Lucie. La maison était parfaitement adaptée : elle est grande et tres bien amenagee. Mention spéciale pour la propreté de la maison, les équipements, les jeux et le nombre de rangements mis à disposition par les propriétaires.. Les enfants avaient des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs pour jouer (jeux de société, livre, trampoline, cabane, balançoire...). La piscine est grande. Vu la chaleur de cet été, aucun besoin de la faire chauffer. On a adoré le potager et les poules.. Le terrain de rugby en face est super pratique (sans nuisance sonore) et dévoile de beaux couchers de soleil. La pergola est top pour prolonger la soirée en extérieur sans les moustiques. La région est riche d'activités à faire en famille. Un super maison pour profiter de la région entre amis !

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mitten in Montignac. Wir hatten selten ein so schönes AirBnB. Florie hat uns super informiert und war gut erreichbar. Dieses Häuschen lohnt einen Besuch.

We hebben een heerlijke ontspannen tijd gehad. Een heerlijk huis en geweldig zwembad. Lekker rustig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Patrick heeft ons geweldig geholpen toen we pech hadden met de auto. Echt mensen waar je op kunt bouwen. We komen heel graag terug.

Our family of five spent an amazing four days at this beautiful property in the tiny village of Lentillac Saint Blaise in the Lot region. Jean Charles and Annick are such gracious hosts - we received a warm welcome the first evening, where Jean Charles invited us to help ourselves to everything in his vegetable garden and the kids loved gathering fresh strawberries. raspberries, gooseberries and lettuce. On our last morning we had a wonderful conversation about local authors and the history of the region. Every corner of their house and garden shows fine attention to detail and beautiful aesthetic sense. Jean Charles built much of the gorgeous furniture himself in his metal workshop. The pool is just perfect and beautifully maintained for daily swims after sightseeing in the many magnificent villages and sites around the region. Everything was so peaceful and comfortable. The linens and toiletries are top quality. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a restful stay!

Une excellente expérience dans ce logement encore bien plus joliment décoré que sur les photos. Tout était parfait : les équipements sont bien au dessus de ce que proposent la majorité des Airbnb, notamment au niveau de la cuisine. Les hôtes sont extrêmement sympathiques et feront tout pour que votre séjour soit inoubliable. N’hésitez pas un instant si vous tombez sur cette annonce : vous ne pourrez pas être déçus !

It was an absolutely lovely stay at Laurent's place. So spacious inside giving the kids a big area to enjoy and not be underfoot. The pool was lovely and used a couple of times but the weather wasn't on our side. Lovely location and is super private. Laurent was very helpful and responsive if we needed help.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Maggie heeft een goed uitgerust appartement, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig tot en met een strijkplank en strijkijzer. Appartement blijft bij buitentemperaturen van rond de 30 graden aangenaam koel. Op het terras zijn prettige fauteuils met voetenbankjes en er is een eettafel met 4 stoelen. Overdag is er wel veel verkeer op de weg die voorlangs het terras en de tuin loopt. Gelukkig weinig verkeerslawaai in de avond. We konden onze auto op het terrein kwijt en met 10 minuten loop je naar Sarlat, alsook naar de Carfour market. Sarlat zelf is prachtig maar op een marktdag naar onze smaak veel te druk. In de avond is het een prettig stadje voor een hapje en een drankje.

Nous remercions Lucien, hôte chaleureux et très réceptif. Son logement était impeccable et très bien situé. La circulation est toutefois assez importante ce qui occasionne un peu de bruit dans la soirée mais de manière générale, tout était parfait et conforme au descriptif.

Logement fidèle à l'annonce. Ne pas se fier à la façade extérieure. L'intérieur est nickel. Excellent sejour. Communication excellente ! Je recommande sans soucis.
