Enjoy your stay in this spacious and quiet 75 sqm home. It is located on the 3rd floor with a good view. However, you have to use the stairs. Balcony. Only 9 minutes by car to the city center. 3 minutes walk to Discount 365 or 4 minutes to Lidl. Good bus connections. Parking is free 24 hours a day and there is plenty of space. There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent the house to families.

I rent out my little cozy home. Sleeps 5. Possibility to use a fold-out mattress in the living room or sofa bed in the conservatory. The duct house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to trail systems, shopping, bus/light rail (directly into Aarhus), playground and short distance to forest and nature. In between, I have the option to list the place more days than the listed dates on the calendar, so please ask if more days are needed.
