Holiday rentals with a patio in Marshall County

Narissa was a GREAT host!!! She was so responsive with every question !! She provided an entire book for the house that gave tips for the area and fun things to do, I was just silly and didn’t see it! But when I did find it with Marissa‘s prompting, it answered all of my questions! But she was happy to help and always very quick to answer!! I was curious if the Pickleball courts would be noisy since they’re so close by but truly, you could not hear the people at the park!! We could see them and they were just across the street! It was very quiet and I slept like a teenager! The entire place was wonderfully clean and beautifully appointed! Looking forward to coming back and doing this fun location and terrific Air bnb again!

This was our second stay at Christine’s place, we have enjoyed it both times. The Airbnb is always clean and ready for us. It is not far from Grace College. I like that the neighbor is nice for walking, and it’s close to the water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wooster Nook! It was the perfect location as we were in town for Grace’s graduation. Allison was super helpful, answering all my questions and willing to make accommodations for our needs. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Steve & Tammy’s while in town for the ND game. The place is so well thought out and everything you would want is there. We loved the welcome basket and all the other special touches. The decor was amazing and it was such a restful place to stay. We will be back to visit again in the future!

My wife, my mother and I were in town for a family wedding. The place was spotless and in close proximity to everything we needed (including the wedding). Very convenient and comfortable. Good information provided on local restaurants, stores and sights of interest. Free welcome snacks was a nice touch. Madison was very responsive - especially after I accidentally locked us out at one point. Highly recommend. A great place and a great value!

Great place, centrally located. 5 minute walk to Cafe Max and Main Street shops in one direction, and the Lakehouse Grille or Culver Coffee in the other, with Papa's just a couple minutes beyond that. The patio and main bedroom balcony are great for morning coffee and enjoying the view. Suzy was very responsive to messages. Will likely stay here again on the next trip.

Lynette & Conrad were excellent hosts never had to want for anything & the apartment was excellent & comfy. These two hands down have been the best hosts I’ve ever had at any other stay across the country absolutely superb. The rating only lets you go as high as 5 stars but this couple should get 10 stars across the board on all rating questions. Thank you very much for a great stay look forward to booking this place again in the near future.

The rental unit was great for our weekend stay. Communication was great and check in was easy!

Christine was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced with Airbnb! She was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable! The house itself is adorable and it’s clear Christine has put in a lot of work. The back patio and master bathroom were my favorite parts! The area was quiet and tucked away but super accessible, both by car and foot. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location! Unobstructed views of Lake Max from the 2 main bedrooms on the first floor and living space. Very close to town and not too far from the academy. I would rent this house again for the location and the views!

I hired the house for my staff as they were working an event in Culver. They all were very pleased with the house!

The house was in a great, safe, and quiet location near one of the main streets in town and very spacious. We appreciated having four bedrooms but the mattresses were uncomfortable for us, either too soft or too hard. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and the powder room on the main level is tiny. We weren't able to avail ourselves of making meals at the house, but the kitchen and picnic-bench dining table were very large.

This is a wonderful house to stay in. Very big and spacious. Great for our family graduation weekend. The house is clean and has everything you need. Melany was a great host!

Great home with enough space for a few friends to hang out and relax! Beautiful surroundings but private and peaceful. Hot tub was amazing! Loved the provided charcoal and firewood for the grill and firepit!

Highly recommended! Conveniently located for Notre Dame (go Irish!), pristine condition, kitchen & bathrooms well supplied, comfy & relaxing atmosphere. Very responsive host (one minor issue was fixed the same day with great communication). It was above our expectations - look forward to staying again!

Joshua’s place is the best in South Bend! Impressed everyone in our family. I heard the word “Wow” from everyone in our group. Stunning design and comfortable layout. The high end kitchen was great for preparing a brunch for the Graduates! Plenty of room in the apartment. Safe and secure access and garage parking too. This place is a dream!! Private access to a huge outdoor deck and separate kitchen, outdoor grill, and two fire pits and several outdoor seating areas. Our family can’t wait for our next visit! Go Irish! We absolutely loved our stay!!

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable environment during our stay. Cheryl was a great host. She was very helpful with any questions and any needs we had. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very convenient to restaurants. While the location is in a quiet neighborhood, it is quick and easy to get to the main roads to either downtown Goshen, Dunlap or Elkhart. Thank you for making this space available.

Place was fantastic and so convenient to campus. Would come back again and again!!

Stayed here for ND graduation weekend. 2 blocks from my son’s apartment and walkable to campus. Katie responds almost immediately to everything. The Kuerig wasn’t working and she had a new one delivered within hours (to our complete surprise). She allowed us to check in early and this apartment is so well maintained. We were very impressed. Would highly recommend of anything related to Notre Dame.

This place was perfect! It was right near a river and the surroundings were extremely peaceful. Rose had everything labeled int the apartment for easy use. I will definitely look into rebooking again for my next trip to Indiana
