Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Marshall County

This was a great place to stay. It’s a nice neighborhood, and the house is very well kept, clean, and organized. Clear instructions stating where everything is in the home as well as check in and check out details were provided. The host is very responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

We love this place so much. This is our 8th or 9th or 10th stay! Lost track. We don't stay anywhere else when we come to Guntersville. We bring our own boat and make it down at least once a year, sometimes a few times a year. We have had zero problems. Highly recommend this for a perfect place whether to fish or just hang out. The locations is perfect for us and the house is immaculate. Although we do spend more time on the back porch swing than in the living room! Thank you again Kelly! We'll be back as soon as we can.

We LOVED our stay at this lake house! So many little details were provided for here that made it feel like a home away from home. This place is beautiful, comfortable, and VERY clean! Our family fished, played outside, roasted marshmallows, and enjoyed the outdoors as much as possible. We will likely return in the future!

It was a wonderful experience all the way around loved the cottage feel and the convince to all the shops and restaurants around , the host were awesome at responding to us when we had a question .

Rachelle’s property near Guntersville Lake was absolutely amazing. The listing was spot on and the value was unbeatable. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions and provided clear, helpful details that made everything easy. Rachelle went above and beyond to be accommodating, which made our stay even more special. The home had everything we needed for a great family time. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the moment. Highly recommend!

Very clean place! Looks like they have been working on some renovations and still need to fix a few things (replace old light switches, no flooring in closet, etc) but house had plenty of room for our group of 6 and was very clean. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

The Burgundy Room was a wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone for a cute home away from home! Anna was a wonderful host!

If I could give Roy and Martha’s place 10 stars I would. when we arrived at their place, we noticed the beauty around the apartment and proximity to the lake. After being there a few hours, the air conditioner was struggling to cool the place so I proceeded to text Roy and within seconds he was knocking on our door, wanting to see what was going on . We were on our way out to dinner and when we returned, it have been fixed and was cooling wonderfully Roy and Martha were very attentive and very kind hosts. We were able to visit with them on their screen porch for a while getting to know them and they truly are gems! The Airbnb is very close to everything you would want to visit in Guntersville. We were able to go to the state park a couple of times while we were there. We will definitely go back to their place. It is very peaceful and exactly what we needed.

5 Stars – A Perfect Anniversary Getaway! We stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. Every moment was peaceful and relaxing. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel extra special. The view of Guntersville Lake from the house was breathtaking — truly a highlight of the trip. We fell in love with this little slice of heaven and can’t wait to come back!

The host was great at responding and easy to work with. Slight odor from the rug but nothing I couldn’t overlook or spray some fabreeze on. Would stay here again especially when visiting family to not have to stay with family and have my own space.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s nice every time! We love the location and the condo is always nice and clean.

Every corner looked exactly like the photos — if anything, it felt even more welcoming in person. From the wood floors to the custom tile work in the bathroom, every detail was beautifully done and clearly thought out with guests in mind. The space was fully stocked with everything you could need — plenty of cookware, utensils, basic spices, coffee, and even a few thoughtful extras like chargers and outlets built right into the nightstands. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, with high-end appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, and a top-notch dishwasher that made cleanup super easy. We ate in most nights and genuinely enjoyed doing so! The bedroom had a spacious and very comfortable bed, and we appreciated the cozy lighting and the convenient layout. This place was beautiful and so peaceful!! My husband and I stayed 4 days and didn’t want to leave! We had some car trouble and the host tried to help us out the best they could while being out of town! Christina was super sweet and messaged back quickly! They have a book that you can write your experience down! It was so sweet seeing a couple that wrote about celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary and we were there celebrating our 1st! It was wonderful and we’ll definitely be back!

Chelsea’s place was a wonderful weekend getaway. The condo was clean and extremely nice. There were walkable restaurants that were delicious. The pool and swings on the docks were a perfect way to spend the gorgeous weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

It’s the most convenient place to stay! Walkable to many restaurants and downtown shops! It was clean and quiet!

Nice place for a weekend getaway. Great view of the water from the back porch. Nearby City Harbor seems to be a relatively new addition to the city’s food and shopping scene. Highly recommend sunset park trail for a paved walking or bike riding location that is several miles long. Only downside to the trip was that there were only a few local restaurants open on Sunday.
