We had a very nice time in Cap d'Agde. The apartment is in a great location and the view from the apartment directly to the sea is great. The apartment is equipped with everything. Also suitable for children. Direct access to the beach. The only downside was that during our stay, very loud construction work took place in several apartments around us in the house.

Thank you Colette and Pascal. The apartment was perfectly situated to walk into Sete and visit the markets and get some amazing oysters. We spent so much time on the enclosed balcony watching the boats come and go, such a treat have this view. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. The garage for the car was, as you said, quite small but we fitted our Peugeot 2008 in. Thanks again for a great stay.

Lovely apartment - nice and clean on arrival and perfect for us as a family of three. We are grateful that we were provided with everything we needed, as we were flying in from abroad so couldn’t bring for example our own towels. Marie José was a lovely host, very supportive and helpful. It was very handy having a secure parking space and being so close to the beach for our young child. I highly recommend for a lovely beach holiday!

The accommodation is functional and is ideally located a few minutes from the sea. the many beds and the terrace overlooking the canal are really appreciated. we had a great weekend. laetitia was very responsive and took the time to chat with us when we left. we also greatly appreciated it that it allowed us to leave the accommodation a little later than expected. everything was done to make us feel good and we will come back without hesitation. go there with our eyes closed

Very nice apartment near the port of Mèze, within walking distance of restaurants, the shuttle to Sète and the beach of the Etang de Thau. Clean and well-equipped apartment with beautiful view of the pond. Easy location to visit the surroundings such as Montpellier, Nîmes, St-Guilhem-le-désert, the Pont du Gard, etc. Pascale from the agency kindly welcomed us and provided us with plenty of information about the region and things to visit.

We had a lovely welcome from Delphine. Her house is also in a very good location. She is very accommodating in terms of check-in and check-out times. Thanks again Delphine.

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Extremely responsive hosts, no complications, very well-equipped with everything, from BBQ to kitchen tools, nice and modern, tasteful interiors. And the view from the bedrooms‘ balconies was simply amazing.

very pleasant stay in April and with the nice weather. arrival with a very good welcome from the concierge who called us on the road to agree the time. very clean accommodation and Complete attention without sheets or towels but agreed in advance. terrace for impeccable meals. there were 3 of us so enough space. perfect bedding. secure parking. thank you for your trust.

The apartment is, as in the pictures in the description, so equipped and has an excellent location to the direct beach and with a view of the sea with a quiet location during our stay in the two weeks of June. The reception with Gigi was very warm and completely uncomplicated. As well as the departure. The beach is wonderful and very easily accessible via the dune. A garage for the car, so it is in the shade! Marsellain, Agde and Sete are in the area. For amateur chefs (especially for fresh fish), the market hall in Sete (except Mondays) is a must! Fresh oysters and mussels directly from the producers in Marsellain, Cehm. de l'Etang, the oyster bar La passerelle in the Rte des Parcs is highly recommended. Baked oysters without cheese!! Absolutely try it. Absolutely plan a visit to the historic old town of Pezenas with handicrafts.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the center on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.
