Pleasant accommodation by the sea, very nice welcome from Caroline. The house is well equipped, even with a baby there is everything you need. Location is ideal for the beach or even strolling to the center. Recommended!

Paradise place... This is my 2nd stay in this apartment and I always look out with my eyes full of stars.

Only one night, but in a quiet neighborhood. Pauline's little house is very nice and lacks nothing.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment with family. The apartment was clean and functional. Ideal location, direct access to the beach from the building. Having a parking space at the foot of the building is a real plus. Thank you and see you soon!

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the accommodation. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded quickly and kindly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a small child. You can also quickly get from the accommodation by car to shopping and to Montpellier (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would like to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We were very well received by Melanie who was really very kind and always smiling. The accommodation was very clean and very tidy. Beautiful decor. Large fridge and large freezer. The beach was just in front, which was very much appreciated by the children. Shower outside to avoid getting too much sand, that was great. Private parking also. Go and try the restaurant 'Lo Motas' on the lake side. A treat. Thank you so much.

Very well-located accommodation. With this view!!!! The road to cross and we're at the beach! Ideal with a child. Shops nearby. We park the car and everything can be done on foot! Sarah is very welcoming.

Fantastic house and host! The listing perfectly matched the photos and the location couldn't have been better, 1 minute walk to the beach with fantastic restaurants. The house was beautiful and it was well-furnished, lots of finishing touches and a beautiful roof terrace and pool area. Thanks for having us!

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Bravo to our 5-Star host and hostess - thank you!

The accommodation is really very well placed , we are close to everything. The unit is small but very well arranged . We had all our meals outside so we didn't test the kitchen amenities. For 4/5 days ideal accommodation. The concierge is great . They are a couple , very welcoming , available and responsive, very flexible on schedules . We will come back without hesitation.

Eric and Vu are wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to welcome us and to make us feel comfortable. They recommended great local restaurants and things to do. The studio is beautiful and quiet in a peaceful surrounding, while in walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. It was unexpectedly cold during our stay and we appreciated the heating at the studio. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at this place. Everything is nice, the environment, the calm, the comfort of the accommodation, and the host. A quiet place where we find tranquility. Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

Everything was perfect, absolutely nothing to complain about. Lots of little touches for children and parents, perfect host!

Absolutely lovely apartment right on the seafront! We were very lucky with our find! Always responsive and even let us check out later as no one was coming in that day which made a huge difference to our last day!

Small pleasant house, next to that of the owners are not intrusive at all and pleasant. The house is well arranged and has the necessary comfort to spend a relaxing stay. The unobstructed view towards the sea offers serenity.
