Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

The entrance is common the apartment has 3 rooms kitchen living room dining room,bathroom with toilet,a bedroom. you have equipped kitchen stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster and senseo machine,the bedroom bed 160x200 and in the living room you will have a 160x200 sofa bed also... the linen provided. Accommodation is non-smoking,heating and hot water included it is a hamlet with very little quiet dwelling close to vineyard. The car is necessary
