Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The house is ideally located to discover the region of Conflent, Mount Canigou, Eus, known to be the sunniest village in France, the fortified village of Villefranche-de-Conflent, and further to about 30 km, Perpignan, the beaches of Roussillon, Canet, Saint-Cyprien, Argelès, and Collioure as well as the cellars and vineyards of Roussillon.

Welcome to Eus, one of the most beautiful villages in France, a sunny balcony on the majestic Canigou. Large house completely renovated in 2023 located in a peaceful environment with two gardens and a large terrace without any overlooking. Two large bedrooms each have a bathroom, as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a single bed in the office, accommodating up to 7 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the garden.

Safari tent with panoramic view of the Canigou

Located at the foot of the Canigou Massif and 30 minutes from Perpignan, our cottage village can accommodate groups of 5 to 50 people. An innovative structure composed of 3 single-storey cottages with a capacity of 15 people each and a 6-seater safari tent, a restaurant and a room for meetings or activities. All buildings are south-facing with panoramic views of the Massif du Canigó, classified as a Grand Site de France!

Rabouillet is a peaceful village in beautiful unspoilt countryside ideal for hiking. Many walks nearby, even starting from the house itself. Interesting daytrips include Chateau Cathares, natural gorges, Romanesque Abbeys, picturesque villages, Collioure and the mediterranean coast.

At the Chalet d'Aurore

In a bucolic setting, come and admire the sunrises at the Chalet d'Aurore. Splendid panoramic views of the valley and mountains. The cottage is a perfect setting for lovers. Access is completely independent of my house by a pedestrian path and then Catalan stone steps. The comfortable chalet benefits from a living room of more than 20 m2 where a real quality sofa bed will pamper your nights.

Ca la Cloe de la Roca - Ideal couples

La Roca is a small rural core located in the middle of Valle de Camprodon. An idyllic setting within a stone house village literally hooked to the rock. The village is listed as a Cultural Property of National Interest. Ca la Cloe, is a fully restored old barn, where you will find all the comforts to spend a pleasant vacation in the mountains.

El Castell - Joch

Stone built, 3 bedroomed house in 12th century castle walls at the top of Joch village with a south facing terrace. The house is set in a beautiful area ideal for hiking, swimming, skiing and relaxing. It is 5 minutes drive from Vinca where you can swim in the lake. You will also find shopping facilities, bars restaurants and a bank.
