In questa casa mio padre e la nostra famiglia hanno vissuto tanti fantastici momenti, cene con amici e serate in allegria a brindare di fronte a fantastici tramonti. L'ospitalità e la condivisione di momenti felici sono la nostra passione e per questo abbiamo pensato di ristrutturare questa meravigliosa casetta per far vivere indimenticabili momenti. E' una casa confortevole dove si respira tranquillità. Il nostro patio con vista mare è ottimo per colazioni, pranzi o aperitivi al tramonto.

Il grazioso bilocale, rinnovato internamente in tutte le sue parti, fa parte di un complesso residenziale ristrutturato esternamente nel 2017, ubicato a 150 m dalla spiaggia attrezzata, in posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione del treno (200 m), e dall'uscita dell'autostrada (1,5 km). L'edificio offre vari servizi di gelateria, bar, parrucchieria, estetista, fisioterapia ecc.. L'appartamento è al primo piano, con balcone direzione mare ove poter desinare.

All the furniture and facilities are very new. To be available to guests: washing machine, dressing ironing axis, hair driers, ovens and all necessary to cook (plugs, dishes, forks, etc)

We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

At Alex's we felt at home, accommodation as described in the photos, clean, tidy, close to the sea and facilities such as a butcher shop, pizzeria, gas station, bar for breakfast and 5 minutes' walk to the waterfront. Alex and his wife are available to tell us what to visit in the surroundings, you can also have a chat with them as if they were people you have known for a long time, as happened to us. We had no problems with our Jack Russell dog. If we come for a week's vacation next time, we'll definitely stay at Alex's place near Senigallia. Thank you again for hosting Bondesan Michele.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Everything you read in the description is true, nothing was missing! New, clean, spacious apartment near the pebble and sand beach a few minutes away by foot; also supermarkets and very comfortable restaurants from the house. Welcoming and discreet hosts even if they live next door. When they arrived, they made us find fresh water in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table. They suggested where to go to eat and we always ate well. They're a wonderful couple. Excellent experience, really recommended and if we still go through those parts we will definitely ask Mario and Angelina to be able to stay with them again!

Thank you David for the wonderful stay at your place in Marotta. We had a very enjoyable experience in a very clean apartment in a wonderful location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in about 10 minutes that had many great restaurants and coffee bars. Parking was easily available in the parking lot next to the apartment and check in and out was extremely fast. Thank you for welcoming us to your home and we will definitely be back again!
