Family-friendly holiday rentals in Marotta

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

A gorgeous villa surrounded by nature just outside the heart of Perugia. We stayed here for 6 nights, and Giuseppe made us feel right at home. He is super friendly, kind, helpful and had lots of local tips on where to eat, stay and what to do. Giuseppe’s villa is very beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Warmly recommend this place!

An absolutely fantastic stay - it couldn't have been better! We are absolutely thrilled with this accommodation! Upon arrival, we were greeted with such warmth that we felt at home from the very first moment. The host is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful - you can immediately tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The accommodation itself was a real feel-good place: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. We all felt completely comfortable and would have preferred not to leave at all. Thank you very much for this wonderful time - we will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Not only does Giovanna's accommodation satisfy for its excellent and particular location (right under a Romanesque bridge, a stone's throw from the square, restaurants and the river), but the welcome is something unique. No one in an Airbnb had ever made us find a homemade cake for breakfast (and with what skill from Giovanna's mother) and had taken so much to heart the well-being of our dog as well as ours. Mercatello sul Metauro is a small gem and this house completes the picture. We will definitely be back!

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. Adalberto is very precise and very clear in the instructions, realistic photos, very clear, check-in and check-out are very simple and fast. We opted for the paid indoor parking... less than 5 minutes from the house. Loft in the center, 30 seconds from the main square, the stay in general was very nice, repeatable and recommended. In conclusion, I would say that Adalberto was perfect, very proactive, and when I wrote to him, he always responded within a few minutes.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

We loved our stay at La Dolce Colline! Filippo and Stefano were brilliant hosts, and so helpful, especially with all of our questions. The surroundings were beautiful, full of trees, plants, butterflies, interesting insects (including hundreds of fireflies at night!), birds and other wildlife. The pool was perfect and a great way to relax. And then we went truffle hunting with the family and their dog Luna too which was amazing - we even found a black truffle! We would love to come again with our families to explore the area more and enjoy the well-equipped house. Grazie mille!

We rented an apartment for 5 people in this house. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, it was very clean inside and everything smelled like lavender (you could tell the host wanted to make us feel very welcome :) ). Beautiful and well-maintained interior – everything looked just like in the photos.

Giorgio & Monica were the BEST! Monica met us upon arrival and gave much needed, clear instructions on her Air B n B. This included the homes amenities as well as the pool are. We were impressed with the spotless cleanliness of the home and grounds. We slept great and it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this 5 Star location!

This accommodation was simply beautiful! We were incredibly warmly welcomed upon arrival - the hosts are not only friendly, but really warm and helpful. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The location is beautiful – quiet, close to nature and ideal for relaxing. Had a lovely stay at Benedetta and Roberto’s place, they were very welcoming and accommodating and the house is lovely - lots of space, beautiful views, and everything you need!

We absolutely loved our stay! The road to it is indeed a challenge, as correctly indicated in the listing. We do not have a 4x4, but a higher car, and took the longer route to the house. That took us a little extra time with each move, but we had that for it. The tranquility and the view are priceless. The cottage is sufficiently well equipped, we didn't miss anything. There was also great service included: in the middle of our stay, the house was cleaned for us and we got fresh sheets and towels. Also, the pool is cleaned and refilled 2 times a week. Manager Matteo was easily accessible for each question. As far as we are concerned, definitely repeatable!

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.
