The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. Prühmühle: Residential and event house on the water

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. The Reisermühle. In the middle of nature.

We rent the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have mini pigs, sheep, chickens and cats. On our Aeral, there is a beautiful creek where you can take great creek hikes through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600 meters away. Altötting is 5 minutes away, Munich is 45 minutes away and the mountains are about 1 hour away by car.
