The hosts were very responsive from day one. The place was very nice, and I had a great time with my family. I originally booked to stay with only my kids but the hosts were so kind to let me check in early , stay with my family members and they even let check out late. It’s a private and quiet place I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town. It’s close to everything. I had a problem with the stove but the hosts responded right away. The issue wasn’t solved but the job was done! Thank you so much Brian and Elena .

Charming step into the past fitting for a visit to Hannibal to explore the life and times of Mark Twain. If you want modern bathroom luxury then maybe it won’t be for you but the clawfoot tub with shower and other antique bathroom furnishings was a quaint and functional experience. Kitchen was well stocked - even parchment paper for the oven that we were happy to find. The historic home has everything you need to be comfortable but yet feel like you’re in a living museum with a life and past of its own. It’s filled with beautiful antique furniture and tastefully done to mix old and new. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to most local sites and two grocery stores not far away. Enjoyable experience.

Really clean place to stay

Conveniently located on the main thoroughfare in town close to multiple dining establishments and only a few minutes from downtown. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Nice and quiet with a reserved, covered parking spot. Will definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed this trip. Peace, quiet, comfort -- you could hear the silence. Bright, spacious home and awesome layout with comfortable beds and living room couch, great shower, huge TV with Netflix. Location was great - close to our daughter's so quick trips to pick up the grands. Beautiful playpark, walking path around the lake, loads of equipment to play on, skating ramp and ample space to ride scooters and bikes. Hosts were super responsive...we were extra blessed with an earlier check-in, which worked out perfectly to drop off our boxes/luggage and make room to surprise our grands by picking them up from their last day of school. THAT MEMORY WAS PRECIOUS AND PRICELESS! Would love to stay there again next year for our annual trip back.

Great place to stay, close to everything in Quincy. Matched description, was very clean, and super cozy!

The perfect stay! My son needed a spot to stay for work and this was the winner. He will definitely book again. Jeanette was quick to respond to request for booking and anything else he needed during the week. Clean, comfy and quiet!

Beautiful peaceful place! If you want to get away from the hustle of life, this is where to go! Super quiet, picture perfect surroundings with lots of stuff to do right at the property. We went there with 5 kids and were busy with fishing and exploring the entire time! The fire pit made for fun evenings with s’mores and hot dogs on sticks. The cabin has everything a big family needs, including plenty of pots, several coffee makers, washer & dryer, you name it! We didn’t have to leave the place once! Also, very clean! Thank you so much for this fun experience!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, and the location is conveniently close to Hannibal, MO. We truly enjoyed our time here, and the thoughtful extra amenities made it feel like home.

We stayed at Gloria’s loft for a Mizzou graduation. The home fit the bill for what we needed, and it was a pleasant stay. Gloria was responsive to our questions and requests. We had children and the play space in the backyard was very appreciated! Would recommend.

We absolutely loved the cabin and the camping area. The cabin had plenty of room and good beds. Easy access to bathrooms. There was firewood on site for the fire pit. Having a coffee shop on site was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
