Lovely flat comfortable, cozy, clean, furnished with refined stylish. At 100mt. from S.Giovanni beach and 10 min. walk away along the Promenade, from the old town. Located between Beaches and OldTown Airport bus and beaches bus stops nearby the house. The flat has two bedrooms but, the second room is locked when the reservation it's for two and it's unlocked only when the flat is reserved for 3/4, and in this case the price increases as well THE TOURIST TAX IS OBLIGATORY

A home located in a very quiet neighborhood, and that's what we wanted most. At the same time, it is very close to all attractions such as Alghero, beaches, beautiful Coasts, and walking areas. The house looked exactly like the photos. In addition, there is a large garden. The owners of the house - Antonella and Rafaele - are lovely people: very welcoming and hospitable. Always helpful . Thanks to them, we will remember this stay very much. Thanks again and thanks again!

We had the most wonderful time at the apartment. The holiday village is in the most stunning location. The beach is just beautiful and the pool was a great facility to have. In the height of the summer season it was so good to have the relative peace of the village away from the very busy beaches and towns. The apartment is basic but is homely and comfortable. The host was responsive and flexible. Highly recommended!

The house has a unique charm, and is very lovingly, stylishly and tastefully decorated. It has it all! We were thrilled and felt very comfortable there. (We couldn't see “maintenance issues” or “outdated facility”). With the terrace into the shaded garden and the air conditioning in the top attic, we also slept as relaxed as before in the east and south of Sardinia (despite air conditioning). The house has everything for a relaxing stay. Maristella is a wonderful suburb of Alghero: both the old town and many magical beaches and coves are within easy reach. A small house beach in the morning and evening for visiting and abading also on foot, otherwise (as usually in Sardinia, already because of the heat) a car/rental car is helpful. Marina is the nicest host you can think of. We will always remember the week and the meeting.

The host is always trying to keep the place clean. Comfortable to spend time in the balcony. Only one thing you have to be careful is not to make noise during night, as you can hear almost everything from next door.
