Excellent hospitality, a central location and a pleasant atmosphere, the house is similar to what was published in the photos, the host responded to messages in a friendly manner at all times

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

Great location! Quiet corner of a very safe and walkable neighborhood with everything nearby. The laundry was a great thing to have. Very spacious. The beds are very hard and the multiple doors are a little complicated to get into the first time. Overall worth the cost.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

The apartment was spacious and had a great view of the Panecillo. It was walkable to El Centro Histórico and we did a few church tours. It was great having 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a working kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Very kind host! He arranged a ride from the airport for us.

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experiencing staying here for a week! The space was perfectly laid out and very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with all you'd need to cook meals and make coffee. I absolutely loved the sunrises and sunsets from the beautifully tended garden. The on site hosts were incredibly kind, loving and generous, and helped me with showing me how to light a fire in these kinds of units for the first time and taking me to the airport for an early morning flight. The neighbourhood isn't recommended to walk after dark, but I never felt worried or afraid being in this space. Total bliss and relaxation. Thank you!

What else can I say? We stayed here a third time and had again a great time. It was also very nice that we could keep our luggage in storage for a couple of days.
